Hi everyone!

November 2008 is still a long way away, but there are lots of details to plan Smile The sooner we can figure out the date, location and cost, the sooner people can book time off work, book transportation and save up money.

I made a website to help keep the info straight! It will also later have SL Girls stuff (if we decide to really do undies and calendars, etc). Its also a place that the Deck can go (unlike here) so that they can come too!

I will try to keep this thread up-to-date too, so that the information can be found easily.

Right now, we are trying to figure out a date.

The SL Wrap Party will be a weekend event. It will start in the afternoon on a Saturday and end after brunch on the Sunday. This will allow passengers with tight work schedules to attend without missing work. Likely, some people will elect to be around longer, and there will be some plans made if people wish to participate as a group.

Two weekends have been proposed for the SL Wrap Party. Please choose the weekend you prefer and email me with your choice before Feb 1, 2008. Email me at : spacaysplathotmail.com with your preference. Please put SL Wrap Party in the subject line. You can choose between the following two weekends, or use your vote to indicate that either option is ok:

Nov 15/16, 2008

possible pros:

-right after 11/11/08

-possibly cheaper travel and accomodation compared to closer to American Thanksgiving

possible cons:

-may reduce some people's available vacation

-not everyone can make this date



Nov 22/23, 2008

possible pros:

-may be able to get more vacation time because of American Thanksgiving

possible cons:

-travel and accomodation may be more expensive

-not everyone can make this date


Third Option - no preference/either date is fine

Please vote and indicate 'no preference' if you don't mind which date is selected. This will help me track the number of interested people.

 		erm, unless I can get from Ireland to Phoenix incredibly easily, without missing out on school... I don't see myself going to a wrap party.
