RE: Toilet Issues at QND
Once again I am writing you to give an update
on the current problems with the QND toilets.
The Offices and Maintanance Division has
corrected the previous "Over-Flush" problems
with the toilets that resulted in splash
back of material and waste on the flushees.
However, now the toilets seem to require at
minimum a double flush to completely flush
out contents of an average waste visit.
We at OMD are receiving complaints about
many toilets not being clean and fresh to
new users. This once again is a very unsanitary
and smelly situation.

We are requesting that all users of toilets at
QND please double flush and check before you
leave the stall. Though this might seem a
little unpleasant, please keep in mind the
next user.
We are currently contacting the makers of the
Model V toilets to get this new twist taken care
of.

The file could mean "Can you read" .. The only reason I posted is the extra spacing between some words which might be a hidden message.
