Ok I'm TOTALLY having a tantrum that I might miss a live drop because I'm not in my beloved Boston. AAAAAA WHY oh WHY isn't there a university in Boston that's looking for a Theater Historian/actor/director right now?!!? WHY did I take this job so far away from New England?!? It was NEGATIVE 50 DEGREES last night in the my area of Minnesota (counting wind chill). I'm teaching Aeschylus to a bunch of ICECUBES. My actors can hardly move because they're frozen to the stage! And I'm going to miss a live drop because I'm in the MIDWEST and not in NEW ENGLAND.
I hate my life right now. Totally.
nothing against the midwest. I'm just not as tough as you guys. I swear my eyeballs froze solid during my drive home last night.

OK after watching the vid about a million times (and shivering in delight each time Brody mentions my name, yippee I'm in the game I'm in the game), I'm thinking that it was intentionally filmed in a blank room so as to keep us from leaping to conclusions about accidental props. All we see is Brody (and his shirt. Is Uneven Ground a band? a clothing company? Could it be relevant?). All we hear is football in the background. I'm not sure that I hear any hidden meanings in his monologue, Although he has said 'paths should cross' more than once.
Any other phrases standing out to folks?

He might have taped this yesterday when he went to the practice. From Idta's chat with him:
"brodhwk (11:35:29 AM): I'll try.

Ok, my buddy just called me up to watch practice. I'll catch you later? And I'm sorry."

Can anyone understand what he says after "...heard a lot"? Sounds like it's a fog. Thanks.

If he's in "Aridzona," I'd expect he's there for the Super Bowl, and Mirror's video message didn't sound like band practice, but I'll grant you that anything's possible in this wild alternate reality! ETA: Yesterday was media day so I don't know how much the Pats practiced.

I've gotten messages from facebook and from gmail. I contacted him on facebook first, saying I had seen his fan pages and that I thought his work looked amazing. The PM's are playing it like the character Brody doesn't know that we know about his personal life, so I suggest staying IG when you post to him. Good luck! Isn't this fun?!?

Because the PM's are sadistic teases and they want to see me squirm. I'm SURE that's why! hee hee.
In true life, I think the reason is that I've got my location listed as South of Minneapolis AND New England. I don't specify when I'll be where. The truth is that I'm in New England over the summers and during Winterm. I'm South of Minneapolis during the standard university fall and spring term. I think I was just too vague when I listed my location. I'm coming home to New England over Spring Break, and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
I've checked my email once every 5 minutes for the last 2 hours, hoping to get another clue from Brody. MAN this is such a fun game!

and yea it's a fun game...I remember getting ready for the meeting, I was excited..So it must suck getting one and not being able to attend.
