Transcript -

V blows out the candles, everyone cheers. Video cuts to Michelle holding the cake, V has a knife about to cut it.

V: I can't believe she's here. I can't believe you're here, this is awesome. Okay.

Michelle: I can't believe Brody didn't spill it to you.

Brody: You're going to cause a mess.

V: I'm not going to cause a mess, you know me.

V begins cutting the cake, Michelle giggles.

Michelle: I honestly thought you would tell her.

V holds up some cake to the camera.

V: Mmm, Brody. Yeah. You know you want it.

Brody's finger comes into view and takes some cake and icing. V giggles.

V: Alright let's set 'er down. We have plates and stuff?

Michelle: Yeah.

Video cuts to V putting her arm around the guy from the Planting the seeds photo.

V: Well we both know who this is. A very good man and I'm very happy that you're here.

Man: Ah thank you.

V: You've been a huge influence in my life as a filmmaker.

Man: Thank you.

V: Absolutely.

Man: My hat won't fit on my head now but thank you.

Video cuts a few seconds forward.

V: Yeah exactly, that's why I wanted to do that. I wanted them to see who was behind us as SKG.

Video cuts a few seconds forward. V blows Brody a kiss.

V: Thank you Brody.

Video cuts forward once again. V is holding flowers and talking to another guy.

V: Yeah what I remember of Mike is that he goes to CCNY?, I believe it is. Goes to film school at CCNY and that he's an actor and writer. I admire that I can not act to save my life.

Guy (Mike?): Ah it's totally a blast all you gotta do is, I dunno, just go free.

Video cuts forward.

Guy: Nude snow angels. I've actually done that it's actually very exhilarating.

Video cuts forward.

V: I love that that's funny. Well yeah, these are the people at my party, all of them.

Video cuts forward. (Noticing a pattern?)

Michelle hugs V.

V: Mon Amie.

Michelle: Are you ever going to come out and party Brody?

V: I don't even know how this happened I was supposed to come to the office to do work and everyone was like `` Surprise, happy birthday! ``

Video cuts forward, V is talking to another guy.

V: What's your name?

Guy 3: I'm Nate.

V: Nate, Nate. Okay Nate. Nate, are you friends with Arkham maybe?

Nate: Ah yeah, (something mumbled here sounds like "that f_cker's everywhere").

V: Well thanks for coming! I feel special that people I don't even know are here. Anyways, you've got a decent tattoo and I wanna show Brody this, Brody look.

Nate: I have a few, it's a work in progress.

V: Take the camera out and come up here.

Video cuts forward, Nate's showing a tattoo on his chest. A guy on the side tells Nate to `` show them your special one. `` Nate says no. Video cuts ahead again, V's behind Nate looking at his tats.

Nate: That one says truth.

V: That one says truth, we have to get that, that one's pretty damn awesome.

Video cut to people mingling and eventually settles on V. V has her hand on a guy sitting in a chair.

V: Since I've been at the office, by the way this is my place of work but it's been turned into a booze lounge. He hasn't left this couch since he got here.

Guy: I can walk I swear I just choose to sit while I drink.

V: Yeah right, touch your nose. Touch your nose.

He touches his nose but he's a little off. V laughs.

Guy: What?

Video cuts forward multiple times. Eventually a woman in glasses gets up and is walking towards Brody, some people say `` See ya later. ``

Woman: Hey Brody I think I'm going to go home now.

Video cuts forward, people are leaving and wishing V a happy birthday.

Guy: This definitely isn't the last one.

V: Wanna say something to the camera before you go?

Nate and his girl face the camera.

Nate: Brody I just wanna say happy birthday and I hope you had as much fun as I did.

Girl: Happy birthday Ronnie, we had fun.

Nate: We had fun. We're gonna go.

Someone tells them to drive safe.

Guy: See ya another day.

Looks like Brody was jealous of Nate...he almost smacked him in the face with his camera...

"silent eyes see deep" Brody seemed to be the only silent one there, and his eyes were the focus of the last picture. What is he seeing?

Honestly it's hard for me to see anything at all with that site, it's super laggy audio and video wise so..I really can't discuss that much at the moment.

I am not sure what that would mean... But there is obviously something here for us to see.

Silent eyes: Brody's eyes and well as the camera's sound like they work to me

The camera sounds more appropriate at see deep because the camera can sometimes capture what people miss with the naked eye.

Brody's got to be Jealous. He does not come from behind the camera when V asks him to. It seems like he is pouting behind the camera, it's like a security blanket. V is totally flirty with the guy with the tattoos. She just about stripped him naked!

In the isshestillalive video when she says something like "I can't tell him how I feel because he won't care or he'll think it's a great idea for a film". Flirting could be her way of keeping Brody at an arms length, to not get hurt.

In summation... I think they were both trying to protect themselves to keep from being hurt. (too much info?)

The camera and Brody both work as "silent eyes", but the camera is ultimately just a machine. It's how Brody interprets what the camera sees that's important, imo.

V could also have been baiting Brody to try to get him to act. Moe's idea works too, though, in fact both may have been going on at the same time.

ETA: How interesting. I'm 95% sure that Nate is the same guy from the Heart video that people were speculating about a page or 3 back. He's taken his jacket & sweater off and put his ear stud lobe-stretchy thing in, but I totally think it's him. Plus he came in with the same girl (blonde, red t-shirt).

Nate has TRUTH tattooed on his lower back. ZOMG! It's a Kl00!

I know I'm hopelessly behind, but have we seen the name Nate before? And the bigshot filmmaker guy, I know he was mentioned a long time ago but can't remember where or if we got his name.

I've replayed it a bunch of times and it sounds to me like nate is saying "ronnie" instead of brody when he is wishing her a happy bday at the end. he just has an accent.

Good morning all

Things I learnt from this video that I find interesting:
1) That house is their office...Very weird
2)All the people at the party were film makers, aside from Michelle which makes it seem to me like she has only made friends from work so she doesn't have much of a life outside of her film career. That is why she was so happy to see Michelle.
3) The first guy she introduces is the guy behind SKG...So then I am guessing it could be nabsy or whatever his name is..lol
4) The second guy she says "what I remember from mike" which implies they hardly know eachother, which is a bit odd because it seems like a small party that only really good friends would attend (unless he was brought there with someone else)
5) Brody never parties with them...
6) Nate is sexy as hell...Friends with Ark, and has wicked tattoos. One big one of a Jewish Star, one of Truth.

Hmmm
I know I will think of more later on.
