[INFO] The Moose In The Slusho Commercials is a hockey player Just looking at Tagruato.jp and was looking thru the investor news reading this....
Quote:
In a move surely to shake up the world of physics, Bold Futura has recruited one hundred of the top physics majors graduating from universities around the world. Most highly sought after was Johan Hedberg from Sweden . His internationally-acclaimed thesis on the intricate ecosystems of deep sea crevices landed him immediate tenure at his university but he turned it down for the opportunity to work for Bold Futura.
googling Johan Hedberg brings this up on his wiki...
Quote:
Johan Hedberg's nickname is "Moose" or rarely "Yo-yo". When he played for Pittsburgh, the home crowds would cheer for him after a spectacular save by yelling "Moooooseeee".
I think this explains the moose in the slusho commercial. Just a thought. I wonder if JJ or Matt are hockey fans.
edit: also, the hockey player Johan Hedberg is from Sweden as well and thats another reason why i believe this to be true.

I think it could be the case, but I don't think there is really much significance to the use of a moose (damn my automatic rhyming function!); I think they just said, "hey, let's stick a moose in there to up the weirdness factor."

It has been discussed, I believe.

There were other names used that connected to real names too, if I remember correctly.

OK, sorry. I swear I remember this being discussed. But I don't think it has any significance, just a funny coincidence or maybe someone is a hockey fan.

Interesting point. I personally had suggestion, JJ Abrams likes palindromes, so Moose = Zoom (ok, not perfect palindrome).
By the way, there was one very strange moment:
