 		On the employee training page, http://phebco.com/employee_training.html, they just copied and pasted the info from
http://www.iwu.com/employeetraining.html

They even accidentally left in the IWU company name, oops.

They did change Hazardous Materials: Training Recommendations to Hazardous Materials & the Human Body. Laughing

On the main page they copied most of it from wastemanagement.com. But they did add:

 		I was watching some of the other videos from Big Fat Institute on mydamnchannel.com. I'm pretty sure the voice of Donny is the guy sitting on the couch in the Board of Strike video. I think this is the head of the company, Troy Hitch.

Edit: Yep it's the same dude. On their main page, here, if you click on commentary you will hear him talking. They have some other funny videos on there.

I'd think the header graphic was to look at the text in some kind of backwards fashion.

The only other oddity I see that might equate to a hint is that there are several chemical symbols spread around on the page.
Cd=Cadmium

C= Carbon
Te=Tellurium
Etc.
