An Abrahms M1A1 Tank(standard of the US military) is 9.5ft high, 12ft wide and 26ft long
Meaning the monsters foot had to be over 26ft long and over 12ft wide to be able to completley flatten the tank(as it did

if HUD was pretty tall say 6ft and remember he fell over so he was probably laying down or sitting up when he spotted the monster he would be 4-6ft long

the monster would have no problem just walking over the top him,squishing him or even noticing him at all

Yes, but it was a large open field. MGP wanted some food, saw a helicopter going over (possibly he is intelligent enough to know that food, people, go into helicopters), knocked it down, and then went to the wreckage to look for the people.

In an open field he would have seen the people, so he could have just walked over to HUD and gobbled him up.

Oh, and it is a movie. The producers might have just wanted a scene where the camera gets attacked, and if the monster was as big as they had been making it, his head wouldn't have been able to fit into the view of the camera. So, for the sake of the fans, they made him smaller in that one scene so we could get a clean look at his whole face.

Or (yes, another though) maybe HUD was zoomed in on the monsters face. Has anyone ever thought of this? Perhaps when the helicopter crashed the camera zoom button got hit, causing it to zoom in. So when HUD looked at the monster, we were really zoomed in on his face from the ground, making it seem smaller.

I agree with you but i'm just saying that the movie left too many unanswered questions..

as far as im concerned "They got some 'splainin' to do"

Just match up the teeth in both shots as well. In the subway scene I can count

Also compare the top teeth as well.

Anyway EXCELLENT pictures!!! Great job man.

Also stop with the JJ Abrahms theres only one thing because he says MGP is having seperation anxiety so in order to have Seperation Anxiety you have to be SEPERATED from something.

I don't think they planned to leak this scene into a commercial, so their main focus here was when he opened his mouth (It gets much more detailed when he gets hit, even the lung sacs look different in that scene). They didn't spend much time on the frames before because it'd be so fast you couldn't tell. That's why now that part looks different, it's not indepth because it's a fast shot, while the other scen needs to be in much more detail.
