i'll bite.. for a bit. Some background on the name:
(gotta love wikipedia!) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ophiuchus A good article here, check it out. It seems it's major star is on the brink of supernova.
Here's the introduction from wiki:
Quote:
Ophiuchus (Οφιούχος IPA: /ˌɒfiːˈuːkəs/) is one of the 88 constellations and was also one of the 48 listed by Ptolemy. Ophiuchus was formerly referred to as Serpentarius (/ˌsɚpənˈtɛəriəs/), the former originating in Greek and the latter in Latin, both meaning "serpent-holder". It is a large constellation located around the celestial equator between Aquila, Serpens and Hercules, northwest of the center of the Milky Way. The southern part lies between Scorpius to the west and Sagittarius to the east. Of the 13 zodiacal constellations (constellations that contain the Sun during the course of the year), Ophiuchus is the only one not counted as an astrological sign.
It is best visible in the northern summer and located opposite Orion in the sky. Ophiuchus is depicted as a man grasping a serpent; the interposition of his body divides the snake constellation Serpens into two parts, Serpens Caput and Serpens Cauda, which are nonetheless counted as one constellation.
It seems Ophi was left out of the zodiac.. (the "13", kinda backs this supposition)

And I was just about to raise the question on who Vilate could be. Seems they know we're investigating the site now.

About the airport code thingy.... it could be coincidence.... for example pick three letters ... any three and try to look them up on that website under airport codes.... there is something like a 70-80 percent chance you'll hit one.

Take the first, second, and third letter from each consecutive set of airport codes though the string.
Here's a visual of the first part; reading down..
Code:
PME
PAP
LHR
TUL
AID
JBC
INV
KPA
BLA
NHT
NTC

So, I'm plotting the airports on Google Earth (cause that's what I do), and I notice something odd.
AID -- Municipal, US Longitude : 34° 52' 0" E Latitude : 32° 24' 0" N
That lat and long is NOT in the US. It's on the coast of Israel, just north of Netanya.
The airport is listed at the world airport codes site, but it doesn't match up with anything I've been able to find.
Any thoughts? Is this a clue, or just an oversite? Maybe the airport codes aren't really airport codes at all.
EDA: OK, so minor trout, since the airport codes as CODE has been discussed. But this should just confirm that.

Various comments, and the longitudes/latitudes. In regards to the idea that they know who is visiting the page-- I think you're on to something, because the source code does say something about a "Page Tracker" in the middle of it.
I'm thinking that that sentence would read "participants should be warned that external functions ."
BTW-- my attachment here has all the longitude/latitudes.
Also, how do they get your email address if you never gave it to them?
