Yeah, some had multiple numbers, so I expected some variation. I wonder about those last letters as well though.
EDIT: GMT possibly?

I think North America is the only truly contestable one. Ophiuchus had better be 13

Nothing on an ROT...
EDIT: About my post regarding a Skype user named Ophiuchus...either he doesn't exist anymore, or he's in with Recruit169, because Skype told me 'this user could not be found'.

Definitions of contingencies from Dictionary.com--
1. dependence on chance or on the fulfillment of a condition; uncertainty; fortuitousness: Nothing was left to contingency.
2. a contingent event; a chance, accident, or possibility conditional on something uncertain: He was prepared for every contingency.
3. something incidental to a thing.
Makes sense.

Emanuel Swedenborg:
Quote:
It is known that there is divine providence but what is its nature is not known...and the reason is, its laws are secret and hid in wisdom among the angels but they are now revealed so that what belongs to the Lord may be ascribed to Him and man cease to claim what is not his. For most people attribute all things to theirselves or to their own prudence, or what they cannot so attribute, they call accidents and contingencies; not knowing that human prudence is nothing, and that accidents and contingencies are vain words.
rogi, its been said about me that i go all the way around my arse to get to my elbow... guess i was overlooking the obvious.

Yeah. Almost impossible not to be 13 I'd say.
It would make sense to be that "Contingencies are being made" one anyway, since according to R169, the recruits are still receiving communications in the usual ways.
It'd only be natural to have it the same way.
But it could also be that quote from nc. I guess we may just need to wait.

Looks proper to me. I wasn't sure if 1 was for all of NA or just the US, but was interrupted before I could verify. Kudos all around.

So someone is travelling from London to Texas. An Englishman in Texas with an Austrian accent.

I'm gonna hazard a guess that the person on Natas' recording had an Austrian accent.
