 		I have an Idea.
Perhaps some one who has been in contact with Dani could send a message along the lines of " I saw a Missing poster with what appeared to be the Participants of Phase 13. Are their whereabouts and safety known at this time? "

Its just a thought. I would send the message myself but I have never contacted Dani previously.

 		Lunsford... I think Silverback and myself are the ones who're most in contact w/ Jason Thomas @ this stage and yes, in the email I previously quoted on the last page, I also asked about Kral and Sergay Poponov... I'm still waiting on an email response from him and/or another Twitter/blog update.

Fishjp... I'm not sure if that would be a wise move right now. Is it safe to say we know matter of factly that the two P13 participants who're missing are called Martin and Rebecca? - Even if it is, I don't know if it's safe to just up and say "Oh there's a missing poster w/ 2 people called Martin and Rebecca; possibly your two missing P13s?" You know?

Not trying to sound rude here... Others may think it's a good idea.

It is pretty much 100% safe to say that they are at least recruits in the project.

And I quote the Project Ophiuchus page source:

Martin means:

Dedicated to mars


And Rebecca means:

No Offense taken. I am very new to ARGs in fact I first found out they exisisted while trying to find out about The Cloverfield Movie. It is just a thought, it may be a good idea and it may not, I am just throwing it out for the masses.

 		Also, Leyton...there is not more then one P13. P13 is only one person. Every Recruit/Participant is only one person. The two, Martin and Rebecca, would have to have completely different Recruit numbers, and they couldn't both be Participant 13.

They certainly haven't been acting suspiscious, perhaps a little busier than usual. Oh, and those Russian sounding names…absolutely no idea there, are you sure they're related?

I decided today that it'd be a good idea to speak to one of Martin's colleagues, to find out if they've ever seen him with a USB stick, or know why he might be missing. I spoke to Ian, who's worked with Martin for a few months. When he's in Geneva, he sees him every day so he'd be the perfect person to ask about the USB stick. Ian recalled a conversation he once had with Martin, about why he always carried a USB stick. He didn't actually say what was on it, but commented that both himself and Rebecca both have them, and carry them anywhere. Ian said he was a little uneasy when Ian asked to borrow it to store some LHC data on. Apparently what's already on the stick is important and it never leaves Martin's side.
I still think it's odd that Martin's gone missing in America at the same time as Rebecca in the UK. Perhaps we should poke around more, and find out what's going on. The USB keys might be important, maybe someone wants to find the data that's on them?

 		Hello everyone, I'm the resident skeptic!

Question, and it's a toughie...

Jason has pointed us to Project Ophiuchus without any hesitation or doubt, but is there *anything* that points back to him, Martin and Rebecca with that same level of clarity?

Hypothetical: What if Jason decided to choose those names based on Ophiuchus? What if Jason is a gamejack?

Until there is definitive, unmistakable proof that there is a link FROM a known IN GAME site TO Jason, Martin and Rebecca, I'm not buying it.

Jason can make all the links he want, just as I can throw up a site and link to Project Ophiuchus.

I need a helluva lot more convincing than that.

If he says that the 13 is related, and Martin and Rebecca are related then they are related cause chances are that he is the PM himself.

What I'm getting at is what if Jason examined this ARG and decided to create a new pseudo-ARG, putting effort in to making it seem like they're linked.

We provided Jason links to this ARG and he verbally confirmed it. All the unquestionable information we have comes from Jason, not from the existing IN GAME site.

The source code comments... how long have they been on the page? Jason's been around only for, what, three days? If the source code comments were on the page before that, it's possible that he might have seen them and chosen those names for his site.

Look, are they connected? Personally, most probably. But somebody has to be the skeptic here; you can't just all jump on the bandwagon when you only have definitive "proof" from one side of the equation.

Okay, it is completely illogical that a PM of an ARG would take another ARG and merge them without permission of the other PM. Even if he did use permission from the other PM, which is the most unlikely thing, that would pretty much DESTROY the storylines of both.
