Source code in Flynns folder reveals a HEX code,

Converted to ASCII it reads...

i am with the queen of clubs, delilah and jonah. the queen is absolutely mad. she is completely crazy, and delilah can not be trusted at all. they are handing custody of jonah over to me soon. he is coming with me to meet korp. they think he is being used as a bargaining tool. i am not going to exchange him. he is going to help me rescue morcar. i will post updates when they are available. we will probably need your help to get this done. keep your eyes and ears open. if you attempt to communicate with me, you must do it in the same way that i am communicating with you. otherwise, i will immediately destroy your message. flynn.

 		For those that were confused as to the meaning of the cassette in the envelope...

he track is U2 Discotheque, however the original is 5:18 - this version is 7:21 - which pointed me to it being a remix - it is infact the Discotheque (hexadecimal mix) which is obviously a nod to the decoding method

 		So, I sent flynn an email, just warning him that Delilah was keeping an eye on what he was doing and that he should take care and I got a reply:
