9/23 - Attack of the Caretakers (IRC Log)

<Caretaker> I hope this message makes it to you.
<Caretaker> Reggie's mind is horribly fractured.
<Caretaker> His doctors hold little hope for swift recovery, if any recovery is even possible.
<Caretaker> I am considering alternatives if he doesn't show immediate progress.
<Caretaker> After his encounter with these 'greys', he seems to have snapped. He violently attacked the patient known to him as Wheezy and beat him within an inch of his life. Fortunately, the damage, although severe, won't leave any permanent damage or disfigurement.
<MosServ> Caretaker, hello.
<Caretaker> Hello
<Caretaker> I was hoping someone would be available.
<MosServ> I just got on, so it's good timing.
<Caretaker> Can you make sure to relay this message to the team?
<MosServ> Absolutely.
<MosServ> Caretaker, are you aware of a recent message he sent us?

<Caretaker> I haven't been able to check my messages in several days.
<MosServ> He communicated to us a login and password at NRU.
<Caretaker> Reggie gave you this information?
<MosServ> Yes.
<Caretaker> He provided login information for NRU?
<Caretaker> What was it?
<MosServ> Apparantly. I am not totally sure of the circumstances as I was present, but that's what I gathered from the information given to me.
<MosServ> One moment.

<Caretaker> excellent
<Caretaker> if he is able to recall one login, we have hope of obtaining more information.
<Caretaker> I was led to believe his core facilities and memories were beyond reach.
<Caretaker> This is excellent news.
<MosServ> I'd imagine that, by the way, the Greys convinced Reggie to attack "Wheezy."
<Caretaker> I'm not sure what their motivation would be. Wheezy seems to be an innocent. A sacrificial pawn.
<MosServ> To make him appear insane? All I know is that they said to Reggie that they had extracted some kind of information from him.
<Caretaker> They were able to obtain personal details about Reggie that compromises his security.
<Caretaker> I intended to have Reggie transferred by now to a more secure facility, but his recent episode makes that impossible.
<Caretaker> Continue to tread lightly with Reggie. We need to find a pathway to his memories.
<Caretaker> I'll be in touch. Godspeed.
<MosServ> Goodbye.
