Please don't quit just because you're really lost right now. I know there's quite a division between those in chat and those who aren't, and we really are trying to bridge that gap. The problem is that most of us who have been following along in chat have gotten too close to the problem and thus we just aren't aware of leaving out critical information out that everyone else needs. However, as we've been getting comments and questions, we've been trying to update our posts and such to reflect the new information. So if someone has specific questions or just don't understand something, please ask, either on the boards or in PM or somewhere. None of us are trying to hide the information or are trying to be difficult. It's just that the signal is getting lost in the hustle and bustle of the moment.

I don't know about SO, and I don't necessarily know how to fix the lockout on safeget - but I can give advice about problems that have come up on the safeget system.

There are two boxes on the safeget page: Job and Key

The Job box takes a specific 64 character key. If you have the wrong Job number, you will get a message stating Error: Unauthorized access attempted (X/9 failed attempts) So if you see this message come up, double check the job number to make sure that it is correct.

The Key box takes a 128 character key. This key can be anything as long as it is 128 characters. If the key is not 128 characters, the fields will clear (however, this will not override a bad job number). So if your fields have cleared - you have the right job number, but you do not have the correct number of key digits. If you login and see no replies, you are using a 'new' key. You can use this key to communicate with the Job Originator by 'replying' to the job. You can then later login with this same key to see if the Job Originator has replied. If you use the 'original' key, you can see all the replies that people have made using the 'new' keys and you have the ability to a: respond to them or b: close out the job.

Hopefully this will help people from a: getting locked out and b: knowing if they are doing it correctly.
