 		Puzzle's already solved. I just kind of put 2 and 2 together in the description. Never really got around to the weights.

Oh, jeez, that's what I meant--I was assuming that they were commas, not decimal points, and the dash indicated drawing a line from one point to the next.

Glad you all managed to figure that out, and solve it anyway. Thanks for saving me from trying to do it via graph paper! And now that I can check in again, you've gone even further. WOOHOO!

Anywho, this next page is interesting.

We have 45 squares with 45 letters underneath.... Not sure how to group them.

 		I'm having a lot of trouble with this distortion puzzle. I even tried to search google for similar puzzles but to no avail. Are we supposed to use clues that are not just on this page, or only the puzzle itself?
