Make sure to press play on every movie that comes up...I learned that I missed out on a couple of the first ones because I thought it was a movie I had already seen, but in reality they were usually new ones that pushed the plot along.

oh... the one i see now is Dave in his neck brace.

In the Poliakov transmission in which she says, "We do not know where Wendy is," you can hear a man's voice in the background. It sounds to me like he is saying either "Cheltenham" or "Tottenham."

There is a hint that says we must find a way to get her to HEAR "Sam's transmissions."

I think maybe while we're waiting for geocaching, we can do some listening to the transmissions and see if the static that's started showing up is saying something.

No trouting. I mentioned in the Shards thread that the mscape for The Tree is ready to go, and I think that's what you've got there. So mscapers, get out there!!

If I ever manage to get the equipment, I am SO going to do these mscapes, even if it is a year after the game--as long as it is still available.

Actually, come to think of it, I actually downloaded the file. Now I just have to wait until I have about $400 to just blow.

I wish I knew some place where you could just RENT one of the devices. I'd be willing to do that. Or even rent to own.

Aye I completed the game this morning and posted in one of the location thread since the mscape game seems to be a part of the shard locations.

When I checked, there were three mscape games posted. Have you looked at any of the others?

Oh, sorry, I'm an idiot. I saw the different links in the case files, and thought they linked to different pages on the mscapes thingy.

Is anyone else getting a 404 on shard 7?

I was going to see if I could grab one of the caches as I make my way down to the Isle of Wight this weekend, but they're all too far east compared to the route I'll be taking Sad

I can see the page, but it's one where we don't have info yet.

I recommend the Isle of Wong.

sorry....

Sorry for the double-post, but I have an idea for posting solutions over at the sky remains site. How about, once a puzzle is solved, we create a new thread with a title like:

[SPOILERS] Deception puzzle solution

Then we can keep the discussion in a thread that people can read without worrying that they'll encounter the solution, but if they get really stuck, they can go to the solution thread.

Can do, although i think it more important to start a location thread over there so we know if any who is not signed up on here are collecting items. Cant access that site from work so will have to be someone else.

I would post more in the IG forums, but when I log in, I get a "invalid session" error, but remain logged in. So when I try to post, it either says "invalid session" or "already logged in". I am not smart enough to figure this out on my own. I've deleted all my cookies and cleared my cache to no avail. Oh well.

I actually did start a "Shards" thread over there. I mostly posted a message on it to alert the PMs (in case they didn't know) that number 9 was only partially showing up (at the time). So feel free to use that thread to post the locations.

Pics of Sam

I did a search and scanned through the threads, but found no mention of these pics, and am guessing as per Pat and Dave's last video, that the shadowy images in these pics are Sam Skinery???
