Thanks zinc. Everything in the Toasty house is fine for now. I'm on the edge of Iowa City a little ways away from the flooding, so I shouldn't be directly affected by the water. As long as power and city water hold out it should just be a matter of waiting it out and dealing with the inconvenience of the city literally being divided in two. The river is supposed to keep rising until Tuesday, so it will be a bit before the cleanup can start. It is rather depressing seeing so many places around that you know, both here and in Cedar Rapids, being washed away. That and the high school in Des Moines they mentioned getting flooded in the story you linked to is where I graduated. Sad

Hope everything holds up ok Toasty. I know my thoughts are with everyone up that way. I know all too well the dangers of flooding.

Jo contacted me today to set up my interview, and acknowledged that the game is stalled at the moment - however, there was a hint that this might change in the next month or so. I guess for now we just wait.
