Heya Setters,
The letter should have been provided to you pretty early on in the mscape, its stressed and repeated a number of times by the Narator in relation to a church.
I couldnt see any order to the organisation of the letters but a good head for anagrams made it easy =)

I believe people are encouraged to post their letters on the TSR forums. They have set up a place for each of the mscapes.

We are aware of the frustration that agents are feeling because they are unable to get to the shard locations to find them. We are working on ways to recover the yet undiscovered shard information by tapping into the power of the sixth dimension. We will be calling on agents to use less pedestrian methods to unlock the secrets of any shard that has not been recovered by mid August.
In the mean time we encourage you to spread the word and recruit more agents to help find the shards.

The PM has noticed that we are struggling with the mscapes so they are going to give us the answers to move us onto other puzzles which require less running around the planet! Hopefully this means more internet, phone and mail based stuff.

"A" for effort on their part, but I guess they didn't have enough of an audience in certain parts of the world.
And, quite frankly, it's taken quite a long time to find a way around the reliance of the dead drops. The drops are unpredictable and you can never know when they would be found, so a fallback plan should have already been in place day one.
No matter... Hope they sort this out so we can proceed, because the story has been great so far at least!

While dusting round the filing cabinets it came to my attention that agents may have missed the posting of several shard locations which were added to the case files a few weeks back -
Shard 3 : Lat 5110.229 Long 11533.703 (Banff, Canada)
Shard 7 : 42 22 548 NORTh 71 6 898 EAST (Massachusetts)
Shard 10 : N 51.3476° E -2.98188° (Weston Super Mare UK)
Shard 14 : N 52 26.611 W 2 13.172 (Birmingham UK)
Whilst we have no reason to suspect that Shards 3, 7 and 14 have been tampered with we are very worried that members of the 17th Shard have gone to extreme lengths to destroy Shard 10 - see http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/jul/28/firefighters?gusrc=rss&feed=networkfront
However the good news is that we think that the shard is in the untouched end of the pier but we are not sure if it still accessble to the public. So there might still be an opportunity to enjoy the glorious British summer evening sunshine and find the remaining UK shards!
If weather, time and good will have deserted you never fear - we are close to being able to get to the shard information through digital transportation.
Unfortunately though im nowhere near any of em.
