Excellent!

Hold off on mailing to Jason until we all have a look at it first. There seems to be a bit of a trust issue with Jason at the moment.

Well, I'll be damned, it was a USB drive. Went to the library, found the right shelf (was misled by looking up Q is for Quantum and finding the copy across the room that could be checked out) and taped to the underside of it with electrical tape was a battered old thumbdrive. I'll post an edit in a moment with what's on it - wanted to go ahead and report that it's been retrieved.

Someone remind me what Jason's email is? I'll email him what's on it.

Dude GREAT JOB!

But, if you want to go ahead and let me know what's on it as right now I'm the "Liason" with Jason... Not to mention we're really not too sure what to give him and what not right now...

But again GREAT JOB!

I say that you upload the stuff to here first. We'll evaluate it as a group, and decide whether to tell Jason about it, or just to tell him part of the contents, or not at all.
Great that we finally got it. Thanks for the help Zaranai!

Yeah sorry, didn't mean "me" - That sounded selfish.

I'm just trying not to let onto Jason how "big" this is right now... If you know what I mean? Keep communication w/ him down to a minimum etc.

My contact @ the UK Site is 'in a lesson' right now... Will have more info soon though.

Edit: Im just thinking though... Why is Jason not sposed to know what's on those files? The fax's were sent to him, to find them.

Nah, the most confusing thing is guys with female avatars and girls with male ones. Wink

Again, awesome job on the pickup!

Oh, one silly thing I meant to say yesterday. Is is just me, or are those the clearest FAXed images anyone has ever seen? Very Happy

Hehehehe... No worries on the he/she thing. Online it can be a bit hard to tell. There was a lot of stuff on there - 5 pictures, 6 .OPH files, and one .txt file, a "to do" list. I'm new to all this so I donno what to do with the .OPHs (obviously not a real extension) to figure out what they are, and I'll let the vets handle the destegging. I've uploaded everything to my server here for you guys to see.

The list was this:

Quote:
Things to do:

1. Call Becs to let her know I've arrived safely.
2. Find a present for Mum's birthday.
3. Speak at LHC seminar on 8th.
4. Call airport to check return flight time.
5. Work on Ophi.

I'm pretty sure that the .OPH and "work on Ophi" are referring to PO. Definite connection for any who are doubting it.

Yup, seems so. This one seems to be Martins anyway, as it has "Call Becs" as number 1.
Also, numbers 1 and 4 suggest that it was him on the flights we know of. Anyone else agree with that?
Anyway, I'll check the files in a minute.

Binary in OPH files.

Agreed with HW's assessment. Work on Ophi suggests he's working with the project.
