ROTFLMAO! Ahahahaha...
Ditto with Leyton, that comment just totally made up for the crappy night I'm having Laughing

If they really are doing that, though, I will be forced to track them down and challenge them to a duel. *huggles fencing foil*

Got nothing better to do, so I'm messing with what came out of the binary into Base64 and thus far nothing's making any more sense than it did before. Currently working at isolating the numbers in it to see if there's anything to find there, and oph1 has 20 unique numbers in it, with one more added if you look at oph2 as well. Thought maybe it was a numbers > letters replacement, but I don't know too many words with 4 or 5 of the same letter in a row. XD

For my next project - getting the uppercase and lowercase letters isolated!

I desperately need a life. XD

Edit: So much for that idea. What I got out of it was still as gibberish as before. Blargh.

I've been doing the same thing, plugging them into various decoding programs to no avail. Bleargh, indeed. Dunno

oh hey Leyton, I didn't mean that to sound like that. I'm taking care of a 3yr old and a 2 yr old until late Sunday. So I was typing as fast as I could and trying to watch them at the same time. So everything came out sounding all wrong.

Hey guys, I'm sorry. I'm over stepping the bounders here. I'm trying to follow too many args and losing track of them all. I really shouldn't be putting my 2 cents in as I'm not following close enough to do so. I want send that email but you guys feel free to use anything from it that you want or none at all.

When the time comes to send it, Sylvia, you'll be the one to do it no worries. That's a lot of information to have written up... You deserve to get credit for it! XD

Thank you Zaranai. But hey, I'm a team player, getting credit is the least of my worries. My main concern was that the arg was going to stall. I tend to see things from a different angle at times. Sometimes I'm right and at others I make a pure a-hole out of myself. I know nothing much has happened at the PO site for awhile and felt that we had to some how bring the two sides together to get some forward movement over there. But like I said, I haven't followed this close enough to know if what I said was entirely accurate.

And hey, thanks for the laugh. that totally rocked. Actually that's what we should do to agent 24601. We could create some off the wall stuff that sounds related to Martin and Rebecca and replace the oph files with it and send agent 24601 on a wild goose chase. We should confirm it with Jason first, though. Keeping them busy while we find Martin and Rebecca. I truly think we have to trust Jason cause at this point he is the only one communicating with us. No one from PO has said a word in what seems like forever. And then once again, I haven't followed close enough I may be talking out my butt. that would also cover us just in case the oph files are something important. But if they are, they are not meant for me to solve. I really think they are red herrings and the pictures and maybe the todo list are the real puzzle/s. One of them said myspace on it so maybe there is a myspace we need to find and the other pictures are clues to the name of the site/sites. If Jason is as close a friend with them as he says he is, then he should be able to help us decipher what the pictures are saying.

That's something that hadn't occured to me, actually. We know they have Facebooks, but we haven't found a MySpace. Odd.

More likely than not, the current lull is just because it's the weekend. The PM/Jason probably has things to do outside the game.... Like get drunk and make fun of the players' more wild theories. XD

I would love to have the PM tell us what all he/she thought through this process after it's over and done...

PM if you are reading this, When we get tothe end, I wanna know about the wild theories we came up with and how you reacted to them...

Maybe i should start a newsletter that interviews one PM a month on current games or existing ones...

I agree with you this side of the story. But over at PO it's been like, I don't know, close to 10 days since we've had any thing happen. It just worries me and all especially with Jason saying stuff like he did in this entry

So, while you guys are looking for the hidden thing in Dallas, I've been looking more into Project Ophiuchus. (Have you found it yet?),

I couldn't find out much, just the website really… http://projectophiuchus.com and some text which doesn't really mean a lot. From the comments you guys have been posting, you seem to know more about this secretive project, It'd be really helpful if I can have some more information.

One of the things that struck me was that Rebecca and Martin could be involved in 'Project Ophiuchus', some sort of secret project. Who knows, it could even be to do with Martin or Rebecca's work. I need to investigate more, but it'd be really great if you guys could tell me what you know. We're probably not going to get very far without that information.

I just feel that's the PM's way of telling us IG that we need to be talking to him about PO. But I could be totally wrong.

Ehh... We'll see how he responds to the news of the USB sticks being found but with (wallbangingly) encrypted stuff on them. It's still up in the air whether he's a villain in relation to the PO campaign and whether that's a good thing. He might give us a clue of what we're supposed to be doing with the data we have, and that might tell us whether we're supposed to help him.

Just chillax for now, honey. More will come once the weekend has passed and PO has probably come to a hovering point so that its players can focus on the LMF chapter of the story.

Like I said Sylvia, it was nothing it's done lol.

But yeah guys... Everyone already pretty much tried everything w/ the binary.

I tried base64, rot and much other decoding...

Does agent "24061" actually exist? That could have been someone who wasn't even playing this game and kind of put the 2 together...

And as far as the photos go I've told Jason we had 9 photos altogether but that was all I told him as we kind of agreed to do just that for now

But yeah when others come online I'm sure being as the points you've made they may change their mind.

I have an Idea about the Binary, Since 13 is a big part of this game perhaps we could try taking every 13th character and running that through the translator. Or running the whole thing minus every 13th character through the translator. I will work on this manually this weekend but I thought maybe one of you might have a program that would do it automatically.

Just looked at the Wiki, and I have to say that things are going great so far!
Here are a few things that may be useful to anyone who is editing it:

Quote:
**text** = Bold

[[.code]]text[[/code]] =
Code:
Code box
Leave out the . though, that's just there to stop the code box from appearing. We're currently using these for quotes and stuff.

[http://www.projectophiuchus.com Here] = Link with text

Hope they help. Also, I'm up for teling Jason about the .OPH files now. I'm over my suspicious phase, and I think that it's probably the best way to get the game moving again.
