I think we forgot that there was a drawing of the usb stick that shows a number on it that looks like a number for a safe or a locker. Also with the message that 1000 words, mostly useless, ...... so maybe the OPH files are not really files, and we can get something(phone numbers, combination?) from the name of the files.

My other thought about the drawing was the clock with an X across it, may mean "Not Clockwise."

The numbers were merely 010010; it could have just been pointing the fact there's binary on the USB Keys which we've now retrieved; but not clockwise sounds interesting.

Possibly work "backwards" w/ the Binary?

Sorry wasn't logged in but also the files are merely labeled

Martin's USB Key: 001.oph, 002.oph, 003.oph, 004.oph, 005.oph and 006.oph

Same goes for Rebecca's.

BUT! if we take Martins Six as 001 through 006 then Becca's through 007-012 we get all the numbers on a clock.

Tried doing a full inversion of the file as well as using the "010010" as an XOR key to the data. Still return no discernible data.

Ok that clock was X'd out at "3 O'clock" maybe we just need the 003.oph files??

Also something that's still bothering me that I'm thinking we should have found are the Myspace pages... Unless of course MS was substituted for FB? - But the old ABN newscast said something about a blog? Myspace is one of the only top networking sites with one...

I've tried all their names and emails in the search and can't find anything...

The 2-6 files were all the same, tho... Makes no sense. I'm thinking that the crossed out clock was just "no time" and the 3 o'clock on it was just so we could tell what it was. No idea how the no time plays into it, tho... Maybe that the timestamps don't matter?

I'm pretty far lost here too... My wall's starting to get some serious damage from having my head bashed against it so much. >.-;;

I'm pretty much for sending Jason the .OPHs just so we can then ask him what the hell we're supposed to be doing to them.

They look like Project Ophiuchus authorisation codes. anyone tried communicating them to the PO address?

Looks like Jason has a crush on Rebecca according to the lastest update

Yeah that was mentioned SB

I think people are more or less waiting on Punchline to come back with some info or something... But I agree, we should send those files to P.O...

OK, I've just read through all 28 pages of this thread. I'm slowly going cross-eyed. XD

I'll read through the rest of the PO stuff later. Right now, here's my thoughts...

The UK stick is Rebecca's, yes? Has anyone tried destegging the photos from her stick? Since it was the note in her office that suggested something about hidden words in a picture...

Talking about words in pictures, perhaps the words of things we can see in the pictures from the memory sticks mean something?

I'll keep thinking, keep reading, and get back to this later.

Meanwhile, I'm excited to be on board. Smile

I'm all for giving Jason the oph files, just to see if we get ANYTHING new out of this.

One of the first things I did when Zara posted the stuff from her find and when I picked up the second was try to desteg the photos; got nothing from either...

Hey Leyton, or any Londoners, are all the photos on the USBs - with the exception of Swiss International - taken around Trafalgar Square?

They all seem to be taken either in South West London or Central London...

Like the Buckingham Palace, Charing Cross area.
