I also suspect the photos on the site are the same due to both wearing the same outfits etc.
NHS= National Health Service. The UK nationalised healthcare provider.
Pretty much did exactly the same as you dude. pokes and mails all round.
EDIT....
UPDATE!:
Look what I found
Hey guys, thanks for your help! I went back to the Doctor's today, and this time I had more luck!
I decided to give Silverback's excuse a shot, and it worked pretty well. She hadn't heard of many allergic reactions to inhalers, but spent a while looking up my (fake) symptoms. I was hoping that she'd have to consult with another doctor and would leave the room, but unfortunately she didn't.
Some quick thinking gave me another idea. I asked her if the fact that I smoke affects my asthma, and whether the nurse would be free to see about giving up. I guess even though it's a Saturday, she was so keen to help that she left the room immediately to see if the nurse was available. What do the NHS have against smokers? It's almost as if healing the world starts at wiping out cigarettes!
Anyway. I used the time alone to hunt around Rebecca's room. Nothing out of the ordinary could be found, apart from the note under her keyboard! Here's a picture of it. I hope you can work out what it means…
I'm glad the nurse wasn't available, I'm not really interested in giving up. It's times like these when a good cigarette can come in handy.
And a couple of pics
Thats texas right? Why would a physicist be in Texas? NASA?
And what do the numbers inside relate to?
I think thats a drawing of Martin looking at the 'tasch.
Riddle relating to these images it looks like. Anyone thinking the same?
NOTE TEXT=
1000 words encoded in a single picture
Most are useless!
But several pictures build a story...

It looks like a clock... Stating 3 O'Clock which is crossed out.
Also the thing, in the safe kind of also looks like a USB stick and HD to me.
Has anyone tried destegging any of the FB Pics?
Edit: We do need to desteg a pic somewhere... I got this whilst looking up the info on Steganos Security Suite.
"The Steganos Security Suite is a complete, easy to use security suite that uses strong encyption and steganographic techniques to hide data in image and music files. Steganos Safe protects your sensitive data - it serves as your encrypted hard disk. You open the safe with a password, USB stick or your ActiveSync-capable SmartPhone: via Bluetooth or even wireless. "
Look at the pics in the note again.
Edit again: Jason says inside the map of "Texas" seems to be written two sets of numbers.
091
2361
I typed those numbers in google and got a pdf file for a patent; but you have to register on the site to find what it is. Kinda doubting it's anything to do w/ this.

Where's the link to the BIG wanted poster? Am I blind or is it not there anymore?
Small wanted poster and two Facebook pictures are coming up negative on steg apparently, but I admit it's the first time I try to use this thing.

Same here.
Both FB pics... Small "Missing" (not wanted night lol) poster and the note itself coming up negative.
And yeah the huge one seems to be gone, too.

Why would she leave in a note in a poster Jason made to report her missing? That wouldn't make sense.
I'm sure its just that note. I'm thinking it's like pictionary.
It looks like:
NO TIME .... SAFE
dunno what that thing is. A knot? as in not safe?
A ring? makes sense if that is a phone number in texas.
EDIT: For further use posters etc are in this dir

Think it was removed because of all the police talk.

Why would anyone do anything that happens in an ARG?
The phone number isn't a US number as-is (they don't start with "0"). Could that be a UK number?

I also thought the crossed out clock also meant no time
Also the face was Martin, so Martin went to Texas
The other 2 pictures im not sure about. Could it be a USB stick been put in a safe ? If so does Jason know if Rebecca owns one?

Don't know if this helps or not but there is a Martin, TX. Maybe the numbers are an address or something.
On the image above the thing beside the safe looks like this hex number 10100101 which is 16 16 1 1 in decimal and EBABAQ== in base 64.

another spec Is it possible that the crossed out clock could be saying NOT 3. then if we put that together we get NOT3 which could be NOTE. Then the hex gives us the combination for the safe as 16 16 1 1 which is where the NOTE is.
edit: never mind it does look like an USB sitick.
so maybe NOT 3, NO TIME, USB in SAFE.
edit 2: or the X-clock means TIMEX

We've got what seems to be
"No time." or "Not Three"
USB In Safe... "No Time - Us Being Safe"? Or am I looking too deep?
USB In safe is similar to what I read about the destegging... It seems Rebecca stegged a photo and Jason now needs to find a USB stick pertaining to Rebecca or Martin to Desteg it... Hence the whole "1000 words encoded in a single picture".
Edit: Oh and btw that number seems more like 010010 than 10100101

yep, I agree with you. notice my first edit in the post above yours. I guess I should have made it more clearer than just saying it looks like an usb stick I should have stated that the first and last 1 where just lines in the drawing. my mistake.
And I agree, there has to be an imaged stegged somewhere.
