For me, this code shows a few things
"found someone watching" sounds important but nothing else in the story shows any more info
and the "=", "-","-" seems important as well, but nothing else in the text seems to indicate anything more
also 'a place where letters come from' seems important too, but again, nothing else in the text supports this.... we are all smart ARGers! why cant we figure this out!!!???

If you're really in need of a clue, I'm sure there's got to be some way to get a little bit of a hint from Diego -- he seems amused enough by the whole thing that maybe a message could lead to something.

After all, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

o geeze, thats pretty cool though the level of player interaction. I have a feeling we have another site to find that has to do with the treehouse, since all we have so far of the treehouse is isobellas poem, so mebbe there is another site to find dealing with the treehouse, a site Diego left a message on/in? unless the image of the treehouse was altered, which would fit the idea that she says on the treehouse page that Diego expressed himself in pictures

just incase nobody had yet, im sure someone did, and i scritinized it and found no clues there either. Seriously, wtf??? how many days have we been working on this? geeze, why cant we get it???

Okay so jas0n on UF commented the following when i mentioned my frustration with this puzzle so here we go...
"Not necessarily a puzzle getting in the way of the story, but interfering with an expansion of the story. That particular puzzle seems much more difficult watching you guys try it out than when we had others play test it. I know you'll feel rewarded when you do discover the answer to what you're looking for

I can't give you any hints on it, other than to say that currently the only website on that we don't own the domain is on youtube. The characters in this puzzle have no reason to lead you to youtube either Everything you need to get to the extra information is right there on the page, and like you've pointed out about the puzzles fitting the storyline - the puzzle fits the character who put it up.

We know someone out there can figure it out, and that's not a knock to anyone currently looking at solving it. It's quite a different puzzle than players are used to, so the answer isn't nearly as obvious as running to a java applet to decrypt something."

I hope someone gets the solve on this, cuz without really knowing these characters, I really don't care about her web diary at all. Especially not enough to try to crack a top secret diary about what she did yesterday. Good luck on this guys.

I'm still working on it on and off most of today, no real clue what i'm doing, just messing around with different ideas
