you guys are welcome. but to make something clear, I don't think that Barrett and Marianne are Diego's and Isobella's parents. Maybe grandparents.

I think this story is about Moira, who MIGHT, but not necessarily be Diego's and Isobella's mother. I don't know that to fact yet. But I do feel the story MAY center around Moira and what she was/is. After all, Dr. Barrett said the stuff she drank that made her feel better, before she left with the people who came and got her, smelled like blood. Interesting.

My point is: the father and mother that Isobella and Diego talk about on their youtube comments are not Barrett and Marianne. I just want to make sure we get started off on the right foot when this starts. However, there is a small chance, I could be wrong.

I don't know yet about the "ONLINE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT." I guess it's just another one of those things we will have to wait and see on.

Nope, it's a good point. We know the following as definite

Diego <-> Isobella (Siblings)
Barret <-> Marianne (Married)

We know Isobella is being homeschooled by her mother and that her mother has recently recieved a letter from Isobella and Diego's father.

There is nothing explicit as of yet to connect Diego and Isobella to Barret and Marianne. I've changed the entries to remove the speculation and keep it to facts. You are one hundred percent correct in that to say anything more than that at this time is somewhat ill-conceived.

It's really cool to see how creative uF folks can get with just a little incentive. Way back when Sammeeeees II challenged us to create content, I had no idea how or what to do...but I learned so many new things. I look forward to see what this all has in store. Just wish I had the time to participate. Sigh.

Here's a question, does anyone know where the username PicaroAsombro could possibly mean? Is part of it his real name, is it a different language, etc...

I'm calling her to ask, since now I feel like a dolt in case it was important.

She said it means like "rogue astonishment" or similar.

translation of names

picaro asombro

Ok, this is what I got:

Picaro means Scoundrel or possibly Knave/Adventurer and Asombro means Amazement or Astonishment
So...Amazing Scoundrel maybe?

And his sister's youtube name Hija - Daughter De - Of Ultima - It Completes
Babelfish is saying Daughter of Completes...although it sounds sort of weird
Ultima is also a fantasy video game

I also found this:
Quote:
Picaresque novel
For the album by the Decemberists, see Picaresque (album). The picaresque novel (Spanish: "picaresca", from "pícaro", for "rogue" or "rascal") is a popular subgenre of prose fiction which is usually satirical and depicts in realistic and often humorous detail the adventures of a roguish hero of low social class who lives by his or her wits in a corrupt society. This style of novel originated in Spain and flourished in Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries and continues to influence modern literature.
See more at Wikipedia.org...

Just figured out something else, Ultima is used for the word 'Last'...so
Hija De Ultima may actually be 'Daughter of the Last'

A few more things that may or may not be relevant

http://www.myspace.com/agathonproject
http://www.agathonproject.org/index.asp
and, this is weird. This guy is a 'friend' on the agathon myspace page...his blog is a little strange.
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=149824073
also the agathon project motto 'ex uno plurima' means 'out of one at the highest price'.
Creepy.

Do you think this is all just random creepiness or more?

edited to fix MS link - RedHatty
