 [48][!][IMPORTANT] Group Peace

The bickering has to stop. I got an email saying I needed to make peace, and BY GOD i'm gonna do it.

Everyone, you're working hard, and doing a fine job, but the daily animosity is driving people away instead of bringing others in.

Icarus, I love you man, but in the intrest of fairness, I've gotta ask you to try not to be so open about some things. The truth is vital, and you're good at telling it, but sometimes, our strength lies in our silence.

Mirror, good finds, and good job keeping cool under pressure, but rather than making a post about ignoring Icarus, just do it.

Listen, I've been a peacemaker before, and I'll try till the end, but I gotta say that we can only have so many "new beginnings"

Every word I say is out of love.

I nominate Tubbs as a diplomat too Wink

Sorry I got so mad. Can't stand to see meanness. I respect the need for peace and will definitely exercise more tact in the future. Sorry to get you all in trouble!

Alright, I guess I'll join in again under one condition:
could we PLEASE keep serious game topics out of the lounge from now on?

the blitzes on SKGfilms.net were what pushed me away.

BTW, It's me, Daedalis.

I agree.

_________ Constructive vs. Destructive Thread Demarcation Line _________

The peace needs to be held, therefore eliminating the source.

Icarus, this is a warning that I think others will back me up.
If these antics go on any longer, you'll be banned from unfiction again and I'll make damn sure you don't return.

Not a threat, a promise.

Edit: This is how a good thread can go bad. Rolling Eyes Also, that was neither a threat nor a promise, as it is not up to you. Flounder -SpaceBass

Honestly, if we all just kept the opinions of other people to ourselves, we woudn't have a problem. If we keep forum topics to the game, and not each other, I don't see any more problems in the near future.

Of course but this has happened time and time again. He's been banned countless times, and if you want to hear another of his whinings, you can read around page 20 of Bones in this part of unfiction.

Will, I think you are mildly out of line saying what you are saying.

I am not defending Icarus, BUT, it does take two to tango.

It's pretty simple really. If you don't like something Icarus says, ignore it. I don't think he will personally attack anyone without provocation.

Just my piece, and as always you are welcome to disaggree with it.

Don't worry Brian, I take nothing personally. But going from that quote, he stirs up things even when ignored. Look back on the Bones thread, when it was suggested we ignore him, he stood up with more comments and insults.

It's for the greater good, at least I think. You're free to disagree as well.
