for some reason when i see your avy/eyes i say, "what the hell are you looking at?"
You again? Wow.
You need to capitalize the "f" in "for", the "I", and the "w" in "what". Also, you should replace "say" with "ask".
Thank you.

as a lot of us have been speculating, hopefully the marketing does something as interesting leading up to the release of the DVD. another thing I am looking forward to is if there are clues to come in the hasbro package.

Attack Vector Well, they may yet take a similar approach to the one they did previously, but the "hype" woudln't be for the new viewers it would probably be geared more towards the fans. After an experimental type film like this it's to be expected a vast majority of the people who watched it are going to be put off (especially those who don't like to dedicate too much time to thinking). So all that's left are us and the curious.

I'm sure this thing is dead. Loose ends will probably be wrapped up in the extras on the DVD..

yes there are!
We know how Marlena explodes.
We know there's a monster and where it came from (sorta).
We know the date it occurs.
We know Hud gets eaten.
We know Clover is still alive (which in itself creates loose ends).
See! We have a veritable treasure trove of tied ends!

I'm just hoping that if they continue the ARG with the sequel...they'll do something a bit more thought-out.
While fun, it just seems that the last one ended up being a bunch of random stuff that mostly led nowhere.

Do we actually KNOW how Marlena exploded or is it mostly SPEC?
Cause I haven't seen any solid info anywhere.
If there's proof i must have missed that thread.

What? Not to mention we DO NOT know where the monster came from. And I think by tied ends he means one's that mattered. It is inevitable in a monster movie of any kind that people are going to die. That's why (although less so in this case) it's not really about the characters it's about the monster in which case there's hardly anything nailed down about it, nobody is even sure what the hell all it's functions are. Like what are the little arms for? Does it spit something? Where did that tail come from (because unless that toy is NOT drawn to scale some eyeballed numbers do not add up).
Also, for those who refuse to take refuge on land with the rest of us and prefer to swim eternally down that river in Egypt, there is GOING to be a sequel. It's not dead, it's in the making . It might not be as soon as some would prefer but it's coming. Otherwise this would go down as the most forgettable franchise attempt ever.
[Edit] Also, no, nobody knows why the monsters cause people to explode. Although I've seen some rather intleligent theories it's all been speculation...
