On the wall above there is a circle with lines sectioning in into 4. Looks like 1888 in it. Next to that there looks like there was something written on the wall but the paint is off. HUUK(?) seems all that is left.
Bottom center says "B(Brookiln?) Hospital Thomas Danlem".
A piece of paper above that, looks like a signature on it.
Bottom left shows a open case.
There may be letters on the thing above the case.

The rightmost upper kanji looks like the one for Sword or Power. I don't recognise the others. ^^;;

I'm pretty sure this is nothing 48 Hours in Purgatory related, not 100% but pretty sure.

Cloverfield? I think it's too early to be even in production of the sequel, though not out of the question.
Ethan Haas? I also think it's too early after the game for this.

My guess personally is that it's something entirely new, if not a fake of something else.
