Why, yes you can, when a topic should have a sticky. Then, if that is inappropriate, a forum moderator or administrator will unsticky it.

And followup with the changing of the tag so it's obvious what the topic is really about. Wink

(however, I am *not* an administrator, nor am I a moderator for this section, so I will have to leave the editing of the thread to someone else).

 		Hm. I was unaware that the power to stickify was a
normal user thing. Hadn't noticed it before!
