If you google the username (it's pretty unusual) then you will get numerous results of the user posting comments on various videos. The style is similar to the YouTube comment as seen here (CAUTION POP-UP) so I'm fairly confident it's the same person.

The u in colour threw me as the YouTube account says that the user lives in NY and LA but, looking over the various results from google, it seems as though English is not the user's first language - or they type hurriedly.

I don't know. A lot of the results I went through were within the last few months so it's conceivable that the ARG has started and no-one has noticed. On the other hand the user does appear to be a little... odd and I can't see how the comments that have been made would point to anything larger.

Journalists for human rights is a legitimate organisation based in Canada from what I can tell. Though the speaksilence website is a GoDaddy registered domain, the WhoIs info on the Journalists For Human Rights official website can be seen here so I don't think that the speaksilence site is fictional.
