Congratulations! And I had always thought you were Ms Eckington rather than M Seckington ...

Is 8 p.m. 'WEST' 8 p.m. British Summer Time?

I'm guessing so. That would be in just over 7 hours.
Very Happy

Hooray! and suddenly I'm really liking Bella! Very Happy

Can't wait for tonight. I'm going to set up the video for Heroes, and hide myself away in here with the computer!

EDIT: I also meant to mention this, but forgot due to all the excitement!:
OOG, but linked, and I thought you might be interested.
Naomi Alderman wrote in today's G2 section of the Guardian newspaper http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2008/may/08/4 The last paragraph reveals she's been reading The Mirror of Ink. The completely OOG link is fun too (it is part of Wikispaces, but I doubt M-A has read it)

I hope my aunt doesn't start to worry about me not ringing her when 8 o'clock comes around... Smile

great idea for the 'live event' tonight, so it does not matter where you are. We can all join in this time and it looks like we may have to do some solving/research.

OOG: @mseckington did you meet Naomi on Saturday at gamecamp?

@chelec: No, I didn't. During one break I saw that Naomi was also there, but after that I didn't see her again. Would have liked to talked to her.

I'd have been utterly amazed had they closed the finale off to just a few people who could make it. That's just not how these guys roll (get it?). Wink

I heartily second that.

yeah, as daisy knows this has been my first ARG and definitely not my last...although I think they might have trouble living up to the standard of the story we've had in this one, I like the more story/RL event driven plot compared to some of the more hardcore puzzle based ones I've looked into.

Mixed feelings

really excited by tonight, but really sad it'll be over... You can try and help on the other thread to find out what happened to Slice (unless she appears tonight of course)

Just wanted to say (in an in-game/oog sort of way) that I have really enjoyed this ARG (my first proper one. I don't think the Torchwood ARG counts as you solve everything on your own) and I hope I get to meet up with you all in other ARGs Cool

Feels like the end of an era doesn't it? Can't wait, but can wait. I'm on board with the Aporia Agathon Project, and Violette's Dream. Thought I would have to do something.....
See you all in 20! Wink

Are they any good?

This is it folks, less than 15 mins and it's the last leg, the grand finale and I'm really glad we're all sharing it together. Thanks all of you for making it such a great experience. I've really enjoyed the fact that there's a pretty small bunch of us on here sharing it as well as it means I feel I've got to know you all in some way - more the ones I've met by meeting Jacques and hunting out the book this week.

Thanks to you all and let's hope it's a happy ending! Very Happy
