Well I am trying to clear it out with Paintshop pro. Very difficult. I see alot in the upper left hand corner.
I can make out the words, "a number" in teh forth box and "gmail" or "email" in the first.

The JPEG loss is too much to make any sense of it; I don't know if that was intentional or not.
Here is the 2 and 3 images merged, then inverted, then contrast cranked, then saved as lossless JPEG. Best I can do; saving it as GIF causes too much dithering and it's worse.

Well, let me give that a try since I'm the apparent "ring leader"...
*EDIT*
Nice work, Spunky! That was it!
Me WhoKnows responded:

BOGGLE!
Tracing adjoining characters you can make words. You get:
ask justin for the answer
youre looking for a appendix
(grammar error - "a" instead of "an" - but no matter)
Message sent to Justin. Let's see what happens.
You know, I appreciate the game, but I feel like I'm the only one playing...

OK, I haven't looked much more in to this, but besides the picture of the appendix the site has a countdown on it to:
3/12/2008 9:00 PM
And Pagii is a "social publishing network", whatever THAT means...
So I guess we sit and wait?

Pagii is run by freewebs, so I don't think it's necessarily involved, just placed there automatically.
