hey guys. I've been following this quite a bit.

This really does seem to be in the Afterworld universe. For anyone who wants to watch the whole series (its 130 episodes, and apparently the developers didn't finish apparently a new season is being made, is this going to lead to it?) here it can be found. http://afterworld.tv/
I will explain what I remember of it too.

Basically, Russel is in NY on a business meeting. A strange occurrence leaves most of the population gone, and no technology. Russel begins to walk back to Seattle to find his family. Along the way, though, he does learn a great deal about what happened during 'The Fall' as its called. I guess I should hide it if you all want to watch. these points seem to relate to this story.

Just to add only the first ten episodes of Afterworld (offically) are watchable to viewers in the UK. The others aren't accessable (through normal Youtube viewing ) to us as yet, so this ARG is perhaps to launch the long overdue showings of the entire series in the UK.

Its worth watching the first ten, (only 3 minutes each) to get some background on the story, as Zarcain kindly summed up for us. I really enjoyed it, very reminiscent of Chris Marker's 'La Jetee' for me, excellent use of stills with animation dotted around.

She's visiting a range of places for sure! Katz's Diner was the place filmed in When Harry Met Sally where Meg Ryan had an 'orgasmic' time.

Interestingly the Brooklyn Superhero Supp Co. sounds intriguing. Some reading workshop place for kids (called 826NYC) housed as a super hero 'supply' shop selling capes, masks and tights. Users can try out their capes in a wind tunnel.. hehe.

I think we're trying to look far to hard for letters - i've put every single letter we've found through an anagram checker and tested nearly every 10 letter word - nothing interesting.
