There are some inconsistencies between the two maps.
The ACWs show up when you click on them. Some of the bases, some of the Fast-Eatz, and some of the FOBs do too. One of the "Silo" triangles shows up too at Francis Warren. I think the small circles are supposed to match the "silo" triangles, but the coordinates are only close. They don't match up precisely.

We may be seeing these ICBM sites going to a higher alert status as if they are preparing to launch.
The cloud like image may be radar/radio pulse traffic

crossdomain.xml Not sure if it's been found yet, but the crossdomain.xml file (an XML file that web servers have to keep track of sites), it shows:

lunarmania.com is the web hosting service they hired, but all the others seems to be the application sites... www.thermeye answered one request and then disapparead. It seems you've got them by surprise!

So I think I know what the round shapes are. I looked at the descriptions of the files in my temp folder and they are listed as "etrans" for the staticky round objects( http://k4x3693d66.net/images/web/etrans3.swf ), and "radio" for the solid round pulses( http://k4x3693d66.net/images/web/radio1.swf ).

I've got soem activity back on spark eye - but WAY less than there was. I'm seeing one REALLY bright dot in teh upper left corner almost off the map, Ellsworth AFB and one FOB that has the same size signature as the AFB - both of which are half the size of teh one in the upper left.
Doh, I trout myself. this was already discussed in the main thread for the ravenwood site. Big blip is Wayne Cotton, oddly.

Followup on what mouse found:
I'm attaching 2 images, sparkeye.jpg and sparkeye2.jpg. The first is capped exactly from the video, and the second is how I think it should be oriented. I'll post a link to a different format of the video in about 5.
EDIT: Video available to downloa din .wmv format- http://media-convert.com/convert/?xid=12-uldlhdaq

Isn't that Devil's Tower?
Edit: That's definitely Devil's Tower. The coordinates on my map were 104.7185 , 44.5895.
Devil's Tower is at that precise spot on Google Earth.
