It should probably be noted that in that list, or whatever it is, there are 3 Abrams listed and one Abram. Michael Abrams, Michael J. Abrams, Lewis J. Abrams, and N.J. Abram. Also there's a hell of a lot of Yoshidas, but there's a lot of a lot of names (if that makes sense) and Yoshida might just be a very common Japanese name. There's no Ganu Yoshida, either.

If you ask me that's OOG, there's way too many names. The only way they could come up with that many names would be to go through a Tokyo phonebook. There are a few things about drilling in there, but there's more stuff about vulcanology (spelling) than there is about drilling. I say it's just a coincidence.

So does everybody else get the impression that we're seeing out of MGP's eyes in that circular image above (following the up-close of his eye)?

EDIT: Also, we know for certain that something happens that prevents an attack on Tokyo. What is it?

I agree that's a MGP-eye view... and i think the bombardment from the pic at 1-18-08.com, might be what prevents the destruction of Tokyo.

I think that this event is the same as the ones on 1-18-08.com and it's taking place around the same time as Beth and Rob's date. It would take MGP a long time to get from the waters near Japan to the Atlantic and New York City. I just wonder how that all ties in to our story (Despite the obvious connections).

Anyone else feel that the grown-up MGP will look like the cult-leader guy at the end? The two people holding candles are wearing masks that loosely resemble MGP's face.

Is anyone else having a problem seeing the new stuff on the site? When I click the button at the kadokawa, it just takes me to part 1.

I'm sure I'm just being dumb and missing something, but I can't figure it out.

Dennis on CloverfieldClues has the manga up on Picasa, untranslated as of yet. Looks like we may finally get some sort of solid connection between Tag and Clover now. Can we has rest of translation soon plzkthx? I'm dying to get what happens after the monster sighting Smile

Only problem I have with this theory...

Theres an A-10 Warthog in that picture. Those are american planes, and this takes place in Japan.
