[SPEC] Focus of TDK

What I'm thinking is that there was a Dent campaign planned anyway, though probably as something more like a side-quest. Then when the Heath situation went down, plans had to change. There was a break in the game out of respect (more likely than not) and part of that break was spent fleshing out the Dent campaign so it could stand on its own and take the spotlight in the Joker's absence.

Like the Dentmobile tour - that part was probably going to happen before (Can that kind of thing be put together on such short notice?), just possibly in a different form. Could have been the Jokermobile instead, or perhaps it would have been a live event with Jokers showing up to crash the party kinda thing, but had to be changed to be just Dent's campaign for office.

I agree.

I think the whole Harvey Dent Campaign was thought up long ago but it's probably gonna be a lot more involved than they previously had intended.

Either way, it's really cool that they are still doing stuff given the circumstances.
