 		omnis read ARECAS.txt appears to be partially hex.

I'd rather not have to go through and fill in the missing spots, I'd rather property unencode it. Anyone have an idea?

A map, and compared to the link you provided, it clearly shows that:

Eli was in the arctic, obviously in no major city or town. That is, assuming the location leads to Eli. It could also point to Jack's headquaters.

As for the decoding, I picked out what key words I could find, googled them, them manually searched the the code to replaced the correct lines.

I don't think that co-ordinates lead to Jack. He doesn't need to know where he is after all. I'm not sure the coordinates point to Eli either. There's something more at work here, we don't understand yet. What is Jack after here? Why does he want these "target coordinates"?

OMNIS is referred to as a treatment by Jack. But our "watcher" friend seems as if he takes orders from Omnis, like it's a person...he refers to him as a "he". What does this tell us about the "watcher"?

Project LITHER is already underway. Jessica will need our help soon.

As for Omnis, imagine omnis as the God of Time. That's how I always envisioned him.

Jessica WILL be the next Eli, and she's going to be sent to Germany, during WWII, I'd assume 1945, and she'll be Hitler. Her planned death will be April 30th.

Well, whatever it is, we have to protect it.

As for the request to reverse that speech in the video (which, incidently was my own,) I've attached the original backwards speech, and the reverse. I don't believe it is of any significance.

 		I'm thinking we might need to figure out exactly how Marc Antony's speech translated from that hex, because there may be significance to the letters missing from the speech. My conversation tonight with Jack has been enlightening, when it's finished I'll post the whole thing. I'll also work more on the hex as time allows, it shouldn't be too complicated from what I've seen.

I'm really thinking that Scindo is simply a tool of Omnis which is all just a tool of Jacks. Or at least Jack seems to be attempting to control it.

 		Oh, drats, can't edit that guest post. Anyways, in case anyone is interested I'm going to park myself in #44bc on chat solutions irc and keep the topic updated with current puzzle and video.

I'm almost positive that NAEQ inc. is a reference to this. It's a method for decoding hebrew, sort of, but might be good to keep in mind for later. I don't fully understand it, but it fits with the overall theme of the game so far, and has a definite set of rules for decoding text.

Hmmm... How did you get Iceland from the Coordinates: 6620`13.13"N2228`38.23"W? Shows as somewhere in the area of Reading, Lancaster, Wilmington, and Philly on Google Earth.

 		66 Degrees 20 Minutes 13.13 Seconds North by 22 Degrees 28 Minutes 38.23 Seconds West is smack dab on the tip of northern Iceland, 576 feet up in the air and looks really cold. It's definitely in Iceland.

I haven't replied to that last email yet, I'd like to figure out who he's talking aobut as the Protectorate before I email him back. Plus, he's making it sound like OMNIS is one thing, while the OMNIS machine is another.

The point from the txt file is basically useless for now, but once both the Lither project, and the Coarsest project complete he will have the three points that will point to what he is looking for.

As for the protectorate, I'm kind of confused. It could be Egypt, but there were a few countries other countries at the time that could be considered Protectorates of Rome. He might even just be talking about Pompey, or Ptolemy.

Each of the brackets separates a space representing a paragraph in the above "poem", and the lines in it. Nine paragraphs, nine spaces. The fourth paragraph has 8 lines, and the fourth space has the number 8 in it. And so on.
Finishing the pattern we get

And from there I'm stumped.

Researching alphabetics, it seems to be a kooky process where people take letters, take their ASCII decimal value, and try to find some sort of meaning it it. But this isn't ASCII decimal....
