[RING][DIEGO]New Blog 17/03

I don't know exactly when has Diego updated his blogs, but it must have been today or yesterday, as I keep a look at his site. I'll translate it to english:

Code:

I didn't comment anything before because it was just a feeling, but when I saw Eli Hunt's 2nd podcast something began stirring in my memory when I read about the great earth-shakers, but it wasn't more than flashes of memories, and I could never concentrate and remember something specific. Then came Monica's e-mail, and beyond it being true or false, the postcard she sent has some number and thanks to the help of some people that told mi those numbers could be geographical coordinates showing different cities of the world, that triggered my memory even more.

Nevertheless, the drop that spilled the glass was chatting with Larissa about Renata, when she told me that Renata was very interested in Geography, and that she dedicated lots of hours to studying and investigating greographical subjects. All of that and some events that happened recently finished convincing me, so I'm begining a geographic investigation journey, following a hunch I have... I hope to come back with good news, and specially something to help us unveil who we are and what is happening to us.

See you soon!

If some words don't make sense, is because I can't find a better word for it Razz

So, maybe Renata was the mythopoeia695... but I don't like this journey thing... if he goes away, how can we keep in contact with Diego?

That's a great job at translating. Thanks!

Depending on where it is he's off to, maybe he could use an internet cafe to log on and post to his blog or email someone. Or if he has a mobile phone he could update us by texting updates to Twitter or something like that. I don't like the idea of him going off somewhere and not being able to communicate at all Confused

Could you ask for some indication of where he's going, or how long he thinks he might be away? Even just asking if there's anything he'd like us to do to help might get some information out of him before he disappears off to who knows where.

Could it be, that "journey" should not be meant literally. I do not speak Spanish, so I do not know. But for example in German you can use the word "journey" also in the context of a mental journey or in some sense of discovery.

Is a translation of

por lo que estoy emprendiendo un viaje de investigación geográfica

viaje only means to travel in this case

I guess it could be, but it sounds to me like he's actually planning on going someplace.

For all our Spanish speaking friends of Diego: Some of the blog entries are not yet translated. So if you have time ...

Whoa!!! There are a lot of posts there... I'll be working on those.

EDIT: Ok, updated most of them, there is only Monica's mail left, but there was a translation of that already, I don't know where though.

Nice work, FMG. Thank you. I linked the one you mentioned to the Monica mail.
