You are right, she IS a bitch.
But pissing people off is what I do best...so maybe she'll let something slip in her anger.

have fun. personally, i'm disgusted by her actions. Destroying a persons free will to use for your own gains is really screwed up. There's no difference between them and who they are fighting against.

Sometimes I don't know where it comes from:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
OK. Culkin was in The Good Son where he goes nuts because his little brother Richard died in a bathtub, which we later find out happened because he drowned him.
What to do with this info I haven't worked out yet.

dposse00: Is Nate Richard's brother?
BeeWR1: Nah. Richard's brother is in prison... Nate Peterson was the kid who worked with Richard and disappeared a little while back. The guy who had an email from Finch sent to you by mistake..
dposse00: i know his brither is in prison
dposse00: we had a theory.
dposse00: brother*
BeeWR1: Ah ok. I woulda been shocked if they were related considering Nate's dad was an absolute prick but no, his brother's been in prison a while; Richard knew his brother.
dposse00: Is Nate in any way related to Richard?
BeeWR1: No... But the Peterson who formed Chryo Pharm is Nate's dad. That's why I was assigned to 'date' him if you will.
dposse00: there was a movie called The Good Son that Culkin was in.
dposse00: in that, culkin kills his little brother richard in a bathtub
BeeWR1: Heh, that would have made good reference to Richard but not Nate.
dposse00: If "Richard" is the good son, then there must be a bad brother
dposse00: that was our theory
dposse00: hmm. Richie Rich. what a horrible movie...
BeeWR1: Well there is, it was a really good theory on your guys parts cos hell, I tell you now I didn't think of that! And I'm a big movie buff
BeeWR1: It's just a shame his brother's already out the picture... And richie rich? oh yeah!
BeeWR1: it did suck though huh?
dposse00: indeed.
dposse00: could richie rich be the film? the character that richard was compared to?
dposse00: how rich was richards family?
BeeWR1: Well Mr. and Mrs. Matthews were kinda loaded...
BeeWR1: lol
dposse00: how loaded?
BeeWR1: Lets just say the facility we're running WR1 from now? With the huge acres of land and out in the middle of the sticks?
BeeWR1: That's his childhood home.
dposse00: damn.
dposse00: can you ask Richard if his nickname was Richie Rich? please? it wouldnt be a huge breach of your orders
BeeWR1: *nod* I'll be back in a moment.
dposse00: thank you
BeeWR1: Wow that was easier than I thought... I just called Tim Whitey and he asked how come we both had original nicknames.
BeeWR1: I shrugged and asked whether he had any and dude... I think you've just solved a whole huge mystery.
dposse00: yes!
BeeWR1: You guys are still ace in my books... Disagreements or not.
dposse00: so, Richard's nickname was Richie Rich when he was young?
BeeWR1: He said he used to call himself that because of his 'status' in society.
BeeWR1: I guess the money
dposse00: nice!
dposse00: amazing. thank you
BeeWR1: No... Thank you! I never would have thought of that and obviously neither did Tim!
dposse00: i think we figured it out
BeeWR1: Hmmm?
dposse00: "And believe me his journal is still alive!"
dposse00: livejournal.
dposse00: it's a blogging website
BeeWR1: Oh wow... I think I'm handing over my reigns in WR1 to you guys.
BeeWR1: We're really good secret ops *rolls eyes*
dposse00: we're searching for the blog now.
BeeWR1: Ok... I'm gonna try some variables too.
BeeWR1: Run them through a scanning device.
dposse00: okay.
Okay. So, Richard's nickname was Richie Rich which was also a movie that Culkin starred in. the "journal is still alive" is refrencing livejournal.com.
i'm so awesome. ^_^

Damn. My log w/Bianca didn't get saved. Nothing much happened...except for the fact that she's fallen in love with Richard
Poor little guy. I looked at his journal. What a weird childhood...

Hmm, wonder what Tim's gonna think about THAT.
Anyway, I believe we now know where Nate has gone off to... substitute teaching.

haha. so I left a comment on the lj, but it makes me look insane now because [cut for OOG moment]:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
last night I guess i caught the PM doing updates to the LJ because for a while some entries said 1997 and some said 2008. so i thought that was part of the story...like kid richard was jumping time and didn't know it... but now all of the entries say 1997 and it just looks like I am leaving posts for an LJ that hasn't been updated in 11 years. Ha!

Update on Richard's blog. Something we found already, I think.
Quote:
Bianca thinks she and Tim found something while I was picking up my new laptop... She called me while I was in the shop buying it; luckily I found a decent wireless connection to blog it...
She says they found it using that device health inspectors use to find dna and dirty crap on bedsheets? It's some kind of morse code... They WR1 sourced it.
EDIT: Yup, it's just that 'contact me' thing from Stanford.
EDIT (again): Got an email back from Stanford...

Fencer ,
I am glad you have c ontacted me... Firstly I'll explain.
B.A.F.G.I Stands for the British Armed Forces Governmental Insti tute .
The Richard you're needing to find is Richard Matthews... He is just NOT YOUR Rich ard.
Sorry I should have been more clear. They did not find the PDA... But I'm sure it has a signal locator so this will be the last message you recieve from me.
Stanford.
The bolded letters, of course, spell out "Richie Rich". Bit late for that clue, eh?
Still. I don't understand why he keeps referring to 'your Richard'. None of us called him that....

When was that email sent? I don't think anyone else emailed Stanford and the solve was kind of done without it...

ENDGAME. Chryo-Pharmaceuticals is no more.
Time of Death: 17:20pm GMT on March 17th 2008.
I'm sorry guys... Let me just firstly explain the reasons behind me suddenly dropping the project and without doing it creatively too.
Basically I found out 35 minutes ago that my mum was rushed into hospital at 2am this morning, with what could possibly be Emphysema... I'm a student w/ no money and living at least an hr away from my parents and so have no way of getting there atm... But I am also thinking about the possibility of having to move home to help look after her; therefore I am sure you guys can understand me just... 'Pulling the curtain up' suddenly so to speak.
Besides the game in general wasn't doing too well and I take full responsibility for that. - It was an experiment, my first ever ARG which was running *mainly* on the interactions you guys (the players) were making... I'd like to apologise for always encoding stuff and not making more creative puzzles (they were actually on the way heh)
And I'd also like to apologise to Dposse for the way Bianca treated him - But I feel the need to justify and explain that. Through the creation of this story Richard was never meant to find out what he could do until he'd met w/ Stanford hence the name of the Project "Omission" as you guys all figured out it means something to the effect of "something left out" - Bianca's character was that of a stubborn, bitchy, stedfast girl who did only as she was told and followed orders to the letter.
And in addition to that... You guys were Never pissing me off lol... If my characters were acting argumentative and stern it's just because that was their personalities. I assure you.
But. IF Richard had been told there was to be a very un-friendly endgame; I just wanted to explain that...
Now - If you guys have any questions or anything pertaining to 'the next few days' or w/e of the game or questions about 'what was supposed to' etc. - Feel free. I'm sitting here doing nothing but waiting on a phonecall from my dad right now.
