And as long as everyone doesn't end up IM'ing the White House, we'll be fine.
I'd also like to say that this puzzle is driving me mad.

As for a quick run down:
Richard is an intern who works at Chryo Pharmaceuticals. One of his teachers wh managed to get him his current position recently died, and although believed to be a suicide, probably isn't sue to missing papers and trashed paintings.
He lives with his friend Nate, who has gone missing. He has recently seen some military letterhead in his friends possession, and has 'borrowed' some of the exact same ones from his boss, which have binary on them (Which he plans to copy out for us). We got an email for a colonel (Who is now slightly confused thanks to somebody Laughing ) and his personal email address from that.
Got tons of emails saying "Singlecollective Alphanumeric20 35 Commercial" from a anonymous person, and has recently has his home robbed.

That's it storywise so far, but there's more than that. This is just a basic runthrough.

 		An update on emails with the Colonel...

I replied to his wtf email with:

I decided on macromolecular based on googling keywords from Richard's blog.

So I could attempt to be more specific on the research but I was trying to avoid giving any particulars (Professor Stanford, Dr. Laker, Richard, Chryo, etc.) what do you think? And why mention Straudinger, who was a German chemist?

 		macromolecular?! That is pretty serious business... but then again, it is a pharm company.. sounds like maybe some chemical warfare for the government, or a secret operation..
