Yes, we know ~~three very~~ general areas, and we know what to look for. Unfortunately, street view as a very small FOV, so it takes much longer to find something then if one was there in person.
I just check on google maps, and Wilshire cuts through MacArthur Park which is east of Koreatown. I was looking, and there are a lot of parking garages in that area.

Don't judge me, but I've probably spent well over 8 hours combing LA through streetview over the last week, and have turned up nothing...

I've found parking garages across from brick buildings, but none with stone block first floors and arched windows...

Ok, i am continuing my StreetView search, but I re analyzed the video and here's what I think we are looking for...

-The main building is approx. 4-5 stories tall.
-White or offwhite block construction, except for top floor which is red brick.
-Top floor has Arched windows with white detail bricks spaced between red brick around edges of windows
-Building appears to be 6-7 windows wide on the side we can see, with a fire escape going up the middle

-Parking structure across street or within line of sight.

-The sniper is in an upper floor of an beige/offwhite/light yellow? building with narrow rectangular windows with white window ledges.
-This building appears to be across the street to the right side of our viewpoint (the parking garage across the street)

@Nighthawk: I see your new signature... I figure that it should be kinda easy to figure out what your PMing... becuz it will be the only thread you're not posting in lol!

It got me thinking what that Linus fellow said unless he is not an in game character.Echo Park is close to MacArthur park so maybe its in between the two or close ?

They are about 2 miles apart, and the people in the comments were probably just making stuff up to be jerks.

Let me know if this is a bit out there but... i think that some of these comments may be IG, even the ones that are conflicting or clearly false... It may be all part of the 'reality'. Think about it, if this were real, we really would be getting tons of people saying.. "yeah, me or my cousin/brother/sister/friend saw/heard the whole thing." whether or not it happened to be the same event or not, so i think all or at least some of the conflicting random reports may all be part of the game... or it could be me overreaching.

Also, that LA is burning video was uploaded by "BigEdwinLA", and Mike said that the photo he got on the 28th was sent to him by Big Edwin. Definitely IG
