Attached to this email is also a .txt file with an encrypted message. To decrypt it, use your cipher machine- The advanced version on Czech layout and rotor settings, Latin on cipher mode 30. Refresh after every attempt.

The Chinese/OLd Japanese signs are

黒龍会

The Society of Black Dragon

(These signs aren't identical with that in document, because that PDF-signs are really old Kanjis)

Wiki is up.

http://vitd.wikispaces.com
EDIT: Natas has a wiki too, and he has stuff on there already. http://vitd.wikidot.com/

Please remain seated, and keep your hands, arms, feet and legs inside the experimental Russian kill machine (I assume that's what it is) at all times. Thank you, and enjoy the ride.

Vlad,
There is also Russian on the pic of the submarine. The last part appears to say Top Secret, but can you make out the first of the three words?

These words are:

ВАРИАНТ: СОВЕРШЕННО СЕКРЕТНО

it does mean: "Variant: Top Secret"

Eh? Where did we get Chinese/Japanese from? I thought the code we were deciphering was

I'm not fully up to speed yet. How do we know we need a wiki? Also, what does he mean by "old school" communications?

Would likely be an enigma machine or some relative. Looking at the description it's more involved than the Enigmaco.de one. More like the full simulator here:

I see. I downloaded this simulator to my home computer during Conspiracy08. Unfortunately I am at school at this time. I will assure you that there are no viruses and that there are many many different rotors to choose from on that application.
