 		To further the fact that Francis Galton is the quote on the top of the page, the Institute gets it's name from a short novel also written by Fancis Galton

Guess I should have realised this before when I found that he was the person being quoted.

So obviously the institute is focused on Eugenics. The Galton and Lenz connections plus their vague description of their activities support this. Now what could this have to do with "supposed" UFOs that are made entirely of metals obtained in South African mines?

 		Wow, how would have thought that joining an ARG just 20 hours after the trail head would be this confusing. Anyway after 13 [pages of posts 2 Wikis and 4 websites I think I am caught up. Just wanted to let everyone know I am jumping on this bandwagon.

As a side note The Battle of LA occured during WWII it is a well documented battle with Naval Boats and Anti Aircraft Batteries shooting at an airforce that apparently wasnt there. Many speculate that it was a Japanese Balloon Attack while others maintain it was a UFO. It is one of the least talked about events of the war mainly because while everyone knows something happened, no one is sure what it was.

Here is the description of the boat from the website. (this is the one we see in the video, the pictures match)

1992 - Caught American tuna seiners fishing illegally.
1992 - Caught Costa Rican fishing boats poaching sharks and dolphins in the Cocos Islands.
1992 - Second major confrontation with illegal Japanese driftnet fleet.
