 		I need someone who knows how to use the cipher to decode this message so I can send it to them:

Sorry, I am new to this unit and I only understand binary (had to use cypher for the Hex) Can you re send the information you sent to the director, I seem to have deleted it.

 		Ok so based on what we have Kantsaywhere is doing somesort of research that is interfering with Russian Subs, The Russians went to investigate and Found and armed fortress like a supervillians liar from a 60's movie. The Russian won.

So that ties Kantsaywhere and the Rusian angle, now we just have to figure out, Aliens, Whales and the Japanese. Does that sound about right to everyone?

So, now I have fig. 7. Didn't recieve the "Answer is self evident" email, but I suppose I didn't really need that, as I'm not good with ciphers anyway

I haven't gotten any e-mails either. I got the 1st e-mail that started this ARG, but I never got anything else...

I just filled out that form from the Institute page though, but, unlike Con08, I can't get phone calls anymore because my damn 3 year old cell phone died. I don't want to use my home phone # because I don't think my parents would be happy about getting phone calls from strangers about aliens, UFOs, Russian/Japanese secret societies, etc Smile

I haven't e-mailed Ilya yet, should I e-mail him, and what do I say?
