Guess i was wrong.
Just asked Ellie about moonrocks and I got 2 replies:

I think this is a hint that she wants you to contact her. She thinks the anonymous email I sent her is a joke.

Yes, I have. I've sent one message on my own to test the waters and transcribed one for shrty, both of which seem to have fallen on deaf ears thus far. It's not much different than decoding. Putting your text in a file first makes it easy. Follow the previous method for decoding, except set the lever on the right to the bottom position (3) instead of the middle(P). That shoud be all you need to do.

I studied about this guy in last semester in my War and Peace class. Newsworthy event was that they were actually going to release some of his "research" eventhough it was completely and utterly inhumane. I think that was last year that they were thinking of releasing it. Just a factoid.

Lets just say he's a bad mofo....and creeps the hell out of me.

After watching it I think it belongs to the "What if the game is a coverup" thread. They have some clues pointing them to the CN tower in Toronto which is pictured at the end of the clip I would post it over there if I were you and see what they make of it.
