Piguowi - run it by Ellie? She hasn't been terribly useful so far, but who knows?

Tyr - Sounds like kos is supposed to report in person. Ask for transportation?

Threatening emails - Us? Gamejack? NPC? (I'm guessing the last).

Enigma - Could kosmopol ask for the new coding method? "Believe book cipher insecure. Request new contact method." or similar. And what does first three letters of date mean? Day of the week? Month? German? Or is the 'Hans' line more or less closed except for Erika?

Erika (location) - How about Antarctica instead of Tibet? Lots of crackpot theories about Nazi bases (and UFOs) there, including a connection to S.Africa. See this. and this

Erika (blog) - Would she hide it on KSW or blogspot or similar? Piguowi for user name?

In the mean time...
KSW's 'Welcome' scroll says to "Search and find..." and "...all clues will provide more information..." Search what and where?

Okay, I have embedded a flash version of the enigma machine on the wiki. I don't know if this is proper or not. Do I need to obtain permission from the owner. I'm not sure about these things. Anyway, the thing works without having to open another window. I just don't know HOW it works. So if anyone is familiar with it, please edit the page. Thanks.
