Another Sofia with attributes of Sophrosune and Dikaiosune I have a background in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. My profession is a Civil Engineer with a focus on Water Resources.
My hobbies include puzzle solving, old-school cryptography, and orienteering.
Above all else, I'm one of Melissa's Crewmembers, which means I can do anything as long as I'm working with my crewmates.

Another Sophia again I'm an undergrad studying Japanese at Cambridge, so I'm one of the people translating Noriko's stuff on the wiki. I'm also okay at Spanish and French, but nowhere near as good as the people translating those languages on the wiki.
Also, I'm dating a physics undergrad who makes money as a programmer, so he will probably come in useful at some point.
I was involved in LG15 until they killed Bree, but I wasn't much of a puzzle-solver. I am kind of accustomed to the way that ARGs work, though.

I am a project manager for collaborative research projects in the area of robotics. And like in real life I am somewhere inbetween Dikaiosune and Sofia. Nevertheless the test made me Sofia with Dikaiosune and Chariton as minor strength.
I like computer games and since I played a very nice German ARG I am really into this kind of game. I like the puzzle solving much more than speculating about the story.

Although my skill set probably isn't going to be relevant, I figured I'd put in my $0.02. I'm a graduate student studing Judaic Studies, I'm fairly fluent in Hebrew and have a working knowledge of Hebrew Bible. I did my undergrad in music, so anything music-related (i.e. history) I know something about. I also have a feeling I might be a lonely participant here in Israel, although when I return to New York in May hopefuly not!

Sophia I'm a technical director for an IT company. Before that I spent 12 years developing software. I hold a degree in social anthropology (don't ask).
I like making sense of things that appear to make no sense at all.

Sophrosune I'm a science educator and direct a computer resource center for a Biology department. I speak Esperanto fluently. I have strong computer skills with respect to 'nix, mac, and web stuff. I've been aware of ARGs for several years but got interested in this one both due to the overlap with Esperanto, but also after reading a transcript of McGonigal's comments about games and seeing the potential for overlap with how we teach science. (It turns out we create puzzles not unlike these for our students to solve in class to learn Biology -- ours just haven't been as much fun. But we're learning.

I'm a radio news anchor trying to move to TV, I also host trivia shows at bars and host tours of the local MLB stadium
hobbies: knitting, long-distance running
also: I was very close to going into several other fields, so I have far too much background in anatomy, anthropology and ancient cultures, and world religions and cults.
I like this thread. Its interesting to see who does this kind of thing

I quizzed out as a Chariton, which means my best Pokemon is a very heavy creature shaped like a piece of furniture you can sit on.
I am evil.
And, well, I like string.

Well I have this large quantity of string, a hundred and twenty- two thousand *miles* of it to be exact, which I inherited. but there's a snag, you see. Due to bad planning, the hundred and twenty-two thousand miles is in three inch lengths. So it's not very useful.

who says massage therapy isn't a useful ARG skill? Teh stats: Grad student getting a JD and MS in Molecular Bio/Genetics. Likes patents, and long walks on the beach. Interested in international development, speaks beginning Vietnamese.
And became a certified massage therapist along the way.
I mean, why not?
Also, geekout-wise, I've read the first four chapters of Jane McGonigal's (awesome!) dissertation

Sofia here, with a dash of Sophrosune and a pinch of Mythopoeia.
I currently work for a law firm (think Wolfram and Hart, but in public finance) as an IT Support Specialist. So basically I'm good at fixing things. Duck tape is a long time friend of mine. I also have backgrounds in computer networking, music theory, video games of all sorts, and answering pay phones when it really counts.
Reading this thread is amazing and humbling, all at the same time.

Psychologist here (the clinical kind), momentarily working a school (I say momentarily because the job market for people with degrees in Portugal is beyong horrible - how ironic is that? - and I'm bound to be unemployed in a few months - again!). Additional interests include movies, reading, ARGing. Oh, and I'm a Sofia also!

Dikaiosune I was an Economics major for undergrad, but my career has been in "Business Intelligence", a fancy term for database programmer. I spent five years consulting before going "full time", which exposed me to a large number of industries, including education, auto/home owners insurance, healthcare, and finance. My language skills are rusty, but I've spent at least several years with German, Spanish and Japanese. I'm a cyclist, martial artist, and yogi. I love to cook, especially confectionery and desserts. I like puzzles.
