Well in Through The Looking Glass, Alice represents a pawn, and the story tracks her as she travels across the board. Jewell is the a2 pawn Alice was in the book, so it's possible that we only need to follow Jewell in terms of the chess game.

I mailed to ask who was playing the game, and she said

Aparently no Update. Seems like this may be a dead ARG, She did however say she was moving to me previously.
