More WOO!

I have every intention of adding it to the Yahoo group, but I don't want to until I have the exact location, which I will have tonight. Hopefully.

Our official start time is 2:00, but we will hopefully have the labyrinth drawn by then, so it will just be a matter of the human part of it, and you know how tricky human parts can be.

Ah, start time is good to know. If you want, I can come earlier and help you draw out the labyrinth.

as if I couldn't use an excuse to visit the Bay Area

I'll arrive in the East Bay friday evening.
I'll be available for brunch and labyrinth-building and -running sundaysundaysunday.
I'll have a flight out of the East Bay at 9:10pm, so my evening ends early (call it 6:00pm).

How cool is that! (And how decidedly uncool am I to be so excited for you?)

Should someone PM one of the Japanese speakers to ask them to communicate with her about it? (Wouldn't it be awesome to invite her to lunch?)

Heh...Plenty of time, but not plenty of money. Sad

Maybe I should sit on a street corner with a sign that says, "Donate a dollar, and help me save the world."

If I saw someone doing that, I'd give them a dollar.

Just in case... Very Happy

additional participants

Is anyone based in San Francisco doing any outreach on SFzero to recruit more people for this event?

Probably not right to make it a mission, but the SFzero playerbase seems like the kind of people who would be into this sort of afternoon's activity. Maybe this training can get a mention in their weekly email.

so...
(a) Looks like she won't be here on the 20th
(b) What is not safe about San Francisco?
(c) Will she want to meet with some of us or will she just hand the mysterious item to Kai?

Ouroboros, you say you'll be in the East Bay? Maybe we could carpool.

You coming Sphinx?

Too bad Noriko isn't coming. But I can't speak Japanese anyway *shrug*

After that twitter, I sent an email to Ariadne asking about meeting up with Noriko and stressing how safely I could keep an item. Smile
