Clover is definitely not a demi-god. I agree with the theory that Tag stumbled upon him while searching for the DSN. Tag freaked, Clover also freaked which led to the firefight in the ocean that we saw in the pics. TIDO cult members just happened to be there. Remember the Chuai incident? TIDO was THERE. Rather, TEDDY was there. Thats when they came to know Tag is upto something much more sinister, maybe not deliberate, but definitely accidental.

TidoWave are eco-terrorists, not a cult. They are anti-Tag and were about to strike at the Chuai station when all went to Heck in a handbasket.
Tidowave is based in Europe. Fervent beleivers in a cause would seem cult-like from the outside.

Tidowaves symbol seems to be the tag symbol w/ a No slash

The cult is in Japan, is allied w/ the TAG sec forces or infiltrated in the civil defense forces and has the keys/ free access to Tag execs houses.

The cults symbol (the shells on the bracelets and the logo) is now on the Corporate webpages. Now that their God has arisen they don't seem to be hiding anymore.

The Cult is Tag, the shiney happy slusho drinkers..

yeah but don't comments have to be approved or something by TIDO before they are published?

thats just a guess, but since there weren't any comments in ages on there while the ARG hit a dry spot I'm guessing TIDO decides what is allowed on there, therefore if someone posts a comment pretending they are an ARG character I doubt they'd let it through unless it was canon and posted by whoever runs the ARG.
