Kishin3-1 OK, people, here we go.
As always: read right side, and after that left side.
Actual and updated translation you'll find here and in my blog

Anyone notice at the Clover Temple there are many 4 leaf clovers? Do we find out the reason for the name now?!
I really don't see how this has any relevance to Cloverfield. It was named after a street. Please don't double post.

The name has already been explained. It was pretty much just a nameholder till they decided what to call it. But everyone started callin it Cloverfield so it stuck. There was no real significance toward the story for the name as I recall.
Right, guys, really, you need this clearing up.
In the interview with Drew Goddard, the guy who wrote the whole thing, he stated that it was NOT called Cloverfield because of any street name as that would be really, really lame.
He said that there is a reason for it beingCloverfield and that to him, it was always called Cloverfield and that he didn't even consider any other names as he wanted it to be called Cloverfield.
He said that he can see the reason for it being called Cloverfield in the film as the answer is there.

Seems that Aiba's mother was in the cult and stole something important about MGP from Aiba's father.
Also, those aren't clovers in the temple. They're just decorations that don't even look like clovers. They look more like 4-pointed stars.

Kosmo, you don't realize how much of a legend you are becoming in all this, do you?

The Legend of Kosmo: Twilight Translation
It's a lot better than the cell-shaded Legend of Kosmo: Kishin Waker

This issue makes me wonder if this is just a re-imagining of an attack by the monster on the more traditional locale of Japan, told with some Japanese sensibilites, as opposed to being an in-viral-continuity story. I dug the heck out of the parasites making an appearance, though.

That poster that the kid was putting up looks a little like the Teddy Hansen poster.

I see they have the obligatory "girl with big knockers that is nearly falling out of her dress"...
And the girl on that cover looks like she's going to eat that baby.
