ARGFest planning Help us with numbers We are getting closer to setting a firm date and picking a hotel for ARGFest Boston.
Before we do, however, we need your help.
If the date was weekend of July 19th , who would definitely plan on coming? Please note this is not a commitment on your part, just a expression of genuine interest. This will help us decide how big a room block to negotiate with the hotel so we can get the best rate for everyone.
Thanks!

would asking here be sufficiently indicative of how many people are planning to come?
Well I'm in anyhow, any week of July.

I'm not expecting exact numbers, just a general idea of how many people are interested in coming. That, combined with data from previous years, and the entrails of a goat, will give us a fairly good estimate of how many rooms we should ask for.

That weekend works great for me, the minute it's confirmed I'll be booking my tickets!
Also, for anyone interested, it's right before Comic Con San Diego and if I can afford it I might dream vacation my way to both cons.

As far as July goes, that is the BEST weekend. My calendar is marked, and I can't wait!

Put me down as a definite maybe.
Probably 75% sure.

Maybe I should retract my "Yes..." This weekend has become a point of contention and so I'm going to change my vote to the nonexistent "maybe."
Still intend to be there, of course.
